When we came back on 30 September at 1:30 they didn't have any car for us, because customers which spouse to bring cars back didn't do it in time, unfortunately and they was closing at 2:00, so we was so frustrated. But in the end we got the car, lady who works there called to all customers which didn't bring back cars in time, found car for us and stayed at work with us until 3:30

The vehicles are in really good conditions: we have had a golf, a mini van and a suv and all of them have been clean and running smoothly.Once we had a problem with a vehicle because it was a bit smaller than what we booked and we had the problem solved in within 10 minutes.We also could give back the car in a different office at no cost.We recommend budget.
