Allison Morin: Super good service and very good availability even during weekends. He managed to repair my computer when it stopped working the weekend before my final exams at university. I called as soon as it opened and my computer was ready for 4 hours the same day. Without losing any data. I recommend to everyone! Just for information purposes, the address on the website is not for repair service. It is best to call the number on the site.
Graham Ludlow: I use my laptop every day. So when I was told that I needed to replace the battery, I got nervous. My local Apple Store said that they would need the laptop for 4 to 5 business days. No express service available. The alternative, they said, was to buy a new laptop. I found KSK Computers via a Google search. I am so impressed with their service. I never left the house! I made a downpayment so they could order the battery. They came to pick it up. When the battery came in, they picked up my computer on a Friday night and returned it the following afternoon! And that's when I paid the balance due. It was so efficient! The only thing I had to do was get cash from the nearest ATM as they don't take credit cards. I would highly recommend them!!

I was advised by a Best Buy employee to clean the corrosion with 90% isopropyl alcohol, but my laptop still would not boot up. Another Best Buy employee said that my laptop was totally fried and that the data could not be retrieved from this model of macbook because the SSD was integrated into the logic board.KSK Computers was able to retrieve all my data! It took less than 1 day and they were very accommodating with my schedule, they even picked up the laptop from my house. The fee to look at the laptop and diagnose the issue was $180, which seemed expensive to me, but the total cost of the data retrieval was $600, which is a very fair price for the service. I recommend KSK Computers and I know I'll be going to them for any future problems!
Melanie Schaffer: The owner then transfered my data onto a hard drive that I provided. The service was completed within a day. I drove back the following day to pick it up and give him the balance of what I owed. Total cost was $300. The owner was nice and stayed in contact with me, which I had read in other reviews. I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. He also added a number of software programs and offered some great advice. He goes above and beyond the service required, including cleaning the hardware to get rid of dust. The turnaround time was very fast and I highly recommend him for any computer problems or as an alternative place to recycle your computers, cell or other phones, cables or other electronics, which he will gladly take off your hands. On top of that Richard is very approachable and a great conversationalist!

Ariel Dahan: An absolute miracle worker. A water spill rusted a part of my laptop's motherboard, and as a result, it would not recognize that the charger was plugged in. For a high power laptop, that meant making it unusable - any high strain would make it shut down if not plugged in.Though it was a very difficult repair job - he gave me updates, honest about maybe not being able to fix it completely. And yet, a little under two weeks later, he kept working on it and got that problem resolved. Unfortunately, the keyboard was still half functional, but an external one does the trick. He's saved me the thousands of a replacement, and was thoroughly honest and professional throughout.Kudos, and I know I'll be recommending him!

He does not work for the money indeed: he would refuse to fix a minor problem which has little potential to worsen, I have to insist for a preventive fix to convince him. If he can't fix an issue, he will tell you.He has repaired my Mid 2015 MacBook Pro; within half a day, I got it back fully functional. Being able to work again is priceless. His competitors would not even answer, those who did would charge at least 85$ to make a diagnosis in at least 1 day, and require a few more days to repair it.Of course, Apple Genius Bar stated that the "vintage" laptop cannot be fixed, there is no parts, intimidated me and pushed me to buy a new one. Never trust Apple Genius Bar. Trust Nassim instead.Thank you so much Nassim.

This is a delicate issue that required specific know how infact other repair shops refused to even take a look at it.
