We were treated to an exquisite 4-course meal that truly showcased the versatility and power of the oven. This machine entirely replaces the conventional oven while preserving some of those old convection functions, but now with steam/humidity inside the cooking cavity. Checkout the Subzero/Wolf/Cove showroom in a Griffintown, Montreal if ever you're looking to remodel your kitchen/cooking appliances, the service is phenomenal! We bought our appliances during covid and did not have a proper demo of the features at the time of installation; hence we were only utilizing a small fraction of the total capability of our appliances. Even though we purchased them almost 4 years ago, we were treated to an extensive, and very enjoyable, one-on-one session with Alain Monarque, Manager of the Experience Center this morning, where he answered all our questions and taught us so many more features of our kitchen appliances that we were unaware of. Wow, he really knows his appliances! We were also treated to a professional demo by Chef Ashley featuring the Convection Steam Oven, where she answered all our questions over a wonderful 4 course meal that was prepared in front of us.
