Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

Miss Y: Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are rare gems! I've been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with other clinics, without success. I had a first meeting with Dr. Ouhilal, she was the one who chose the treatment, the medications and the dosage. I can tell you that she was not mistaken and gave me treatment adapted to my situation. Afterwards I continued the ultrasounds, the egg collection and the transfer with Dr. Mahutte. From the first visit I immediately felt that I was in good hands, this man inspires confidence. He is so kind, patient and reassuring, but above all very competent, just like his partner. We did 1 cycle of IVF with him and I got pregnant on the first try of the first transfer. A miracle. Many thanks Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal for everything you have done for me and my partner, we will be grateful to you for life and we will recommend you to other couples with our eyes closed ❤️. Thanks also to Bonnie and all the staff, you are an outstanding team.

They truly get to know you and guide you every step of the way. They are kind and caring and genuinely are experts in their field. I was constantly encouraged, I was always taken care of. I was never rushed and they let me go at my own pace. I’ve sent a few friends to this clinic and like myself we were all successful at starting our family. That isn’t a fluke or luck of the draw- it’s their attention to detail and their knowledge. Richard Cote: The surgical experience was positive. I was surprised that I was shaved down to my temples. Working remotely on camera, I would have liked to be able to negotiate my mowing area. Also, I started to have significant pain on day 5 and 6 in the donor area which prevented me from sleeping. I left a message in the voicemail of the surgeon on file but he did not return my call. That's probably because it wasn't bleeding. However, we say on the clinic video that we should not suffer. I would have appreciated a follow-up on this problem which is slowly resolving on day 7. Kris McKeown: Great experience in general. They brought be in on time and made me feel comfortable from the onset.I had a gastroscopy and I was somewhat nervous to be sedated. To be honest, I don't even remember feeling loopy or anything. The procedure was very smooth and efficient. Anyone that is feeling nervous should not be worried for one second.They provide clear results with a comprehensive report that you get to take home.The only thing I could complain about is that they are unable to provide a proper quote which would have helped with my insurance coverage process.

I saw 2 Urologists before him and nothing compares to his expertise. I have yet to do all of the treatments he recommended, but already starting with some of them, my quality of life has significantly improved! I have treatments to manage my symptoms.
