Dave Mortensen: We had soccer in Laval and visited downtown, both easy to get to.Parking was easy on the street and the place was very clean with anything you could need.Shops and markets all very close by within walking distance.Only thing that could of been better was the weather, unusually cold for November so didn't get much of a chance to take in the terrace! It looked awesome!Definitely stay again!

The accommodation is still as beautiful as ever and has since our last visit been equipped with air conditioning which was very appreciated during the hot weather. Passi Box: Good agency. Especially when you need a short-term apartment urgently.On the other hand, the two problems: it would take at least one month for the rental period, and the credit card payment fees are quite high.
Kellyzu: Living here for over a year, we're really happy with our sous-sol rental. The landlord and RAGQ personnel are very kind and helpful. Unlike other places, no pests or mold issues in the apartment. Thank you for your help!

Hao Li (Holy): in the bathroom while my family don't even smoke at all in our whole life. LOL. I wanted to argue but after seeing a review posted here regarding with a charge for a damaged mattress which didn't exist at all, I guess it's pointless to do so. When they want to charge you, there will always be a reason. Plus, it's surely hard to argue about the standard of 'clean'. Anyway, they 'generously' took $10 off from the charge as I told them about the impossibility of cigarettes. My family's decade-long good habit eventually pays off. Hallelujah.All in all, it's a good choice if you want to find a short term place to stay in montreal but be aware and prepared before leaving. Here is a little tip: take some photos as the evidence before you leave. Just in case they want you to fix something that is beyond your imagination. LOL.
