Claude Gervais: After 16 years of use without any problem, my Breville Espresso coffee maker failed me, retailers informed me that Breville no longer supplied the parts and that it was difficult for repairs. I still bought a Breville, because its models are always among the most popular on specialized sites. I dealt with customer support for a configuration issue, a 10 minute return phone call and excellent service with a friendly representative.

fred wong: The customer service was very helpful when I called about a damaged luggage under warranty. In just a few days, they approved a replacement, and shipped it to me quickly. A class act of a company.
Chris Harris: I travel quite frequently and bought new IFLY suitcases in Japan at the military exchange at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately one of the caster wheels were broken off in my travels and the airline would not cover the damage. I contacted IFLY to purchase a new caster wheel and as they have a 10 year warranty they replaced the wheel for free! I definitely will advise all my family and friends to buy IFLY for their travel purposes as I am very delighted with the professional conduct of the employee, Domenico, as well as the expedient matter in which the part was FEDEX'd to me to repair the suitcase. I am very happy with the suitcases and the way they handle!

My iFlY bag's one wheel is broken in last air travel,so I try looking for replacement wheel in market,and ebay,but I could not find any replacement wheel which use iFLY bag. Fortunately I keep Walmart receipt og iFLY bag and iFLY full 5-year warranty paper,so I call Calego International,and soon I have received two ,left and right wheels. I replace a new wheel customer support even after one year past from purchasing.

I was in desperate need of hand luggage for my flight in 2 days as the new stipulations for carry-on baggage has now changed and I did not want to experience any issues at the airport. I spoke with a representative from this company who assured me that they had just what I needed and not only that, but would get it to me by the next day!! I arrived home today and there was my luggage as promised on my porch!! Hard to find such reliable service nowadays!! I am so pleased!!
