Dane Savoury: Nobody likes having issues or having a repairman come to your workplace. Its annoying and frustrating when things just don't work.Having said that, you'll probably have to have a technician or repairman come at some point. My experience with Lasercorp staff was exemplary. I won't go into excruciating detail, but I've never had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I don't know if its a testament to the day I was having but the experience was pleasurable from beginning to end.I was having issues with scanning and I felt like the technicians knowledge of the problem, and readiness to help was beyond what I have experienced in the past. Also, the customer service skills from the technician were again amongst the best I've experienced. Usually, you get someone with a lot of know-how and literally says nothing except a grunt hello followed by, its finished sign here.Happy with the service is an understatement but I find myself no longer dreading technical failures in the future knowing that the resolution will ultimately be my satisfaction once again.

Before placing my order, I contacted its supportive team. The staff there was very responsive to my enquiry. I decided to give it a try. The delivery was super fast as I received it 3 days after placing my order. The drum fitted perfectly into my printer, having no compatible issue at all.
