Rent is slightly on the higher side of the sqft of the apartment and ACs are not that very efficient. But I’ll be more than happy to revise my feed back from 1 star to a 4 star. Greg Gardner: Nice improvements to common areas. The building is well located and offers some very nice views of montreal and the south shore. The dep is well provisioned and offers homemade sandwiches. The recent staffing changes in the office are a major improvement.

Somaieh Davar: Went to visit one the condo here, super clean and luxury. I can’t say the location is great but somehow close to so many facilities. The view of the building in good but not all condos get that view. If you the first floor you will get a small backyard.

Tristan Jones: Moving in July 1st. Dealing with real estate agents/ car salesmen is one of my least favorite things in life, Ethan is everything you would want in a leasing agent, constructive, informative and not in your face. Our entire process has been so much smoother than any of the interactions in other building. The location is "up and coming" but when the surrounding development is totally finished it will be a highly sought after location.The quality of the materials and finishing are a step above anything else I have seen, and storage, which in every other building was "average" has been given that extra priority which shows you they didn't just throw the buildings up without thinking it through, also it is important to note the value of the inclusions!! Jack has every right to be proud of what he has created and I would advise anyone looking for a rental in this category to visit and see for themselves.... I will be posting an update 3 months after I move in.

He showed us several apartments on different floors and responded to questions and concerns from adults and children. He helped me make a decision by pointing out aspects of the neighborhood that I would have missed: for example, the frequency of the neighborhood train and the nearby amenities. And, he did it all with a smile.
Elizabeth Soh: I initially had a virtual tour of an apartment with Chedli last winter. He proved to be a very kind and patient agent, showing me three apartments in different buildings. Although he gave me his WhatsApp contact, my family and I weren't quite ready to make a move at that time.This spring, impressed by his professionalism, I reached out to Chedli again to physically view apartments. Despite initial reservations from my husband, Chedli remained patient and accommodating, even helping us find another 5 1/2 apartment at 5501 Adalbert. The next day, he promptly showed us the new place.Throughout the process, Chedli demonstrated exceptional patience in assisting us with gathering all the necessary information to fill out the application forms. If you're in search of an agent, Chedli is the person to look for. We highly recommend him.

Terrance Kelly: Maison Hamilton is perfectly located next to alot of amenities such as banks grocery stores ,pharmacies ,restaurants and public transportation etc in the municipality of Cote Saint- Luc Quebec. the building is structure itself is top notch compared to other apartment buildings in the area and the rooms are updated clean and very spacious and comfortable. The people are not bad at all and the added gym and heated pool is a plus in the building .last but not the least the services from the building maintenance ,the building administration and the buildings group managers are well managed .they really try to accommodate their tenants well. The equipped kitchen made our arrival easy with good appliances.We are delighted with the professionalism of BÉATRICE, the person in charge of our rental file. She was able to listen to our needs and all our questions. She was extremely pleasant and always happy to be able to help even in times when she was not working, she texted us and replied to us.She listens and always had the answers to our questions.We recommend this accommodation close to several bus lines and a small shopping center with everything you need.Thanks again to Béatrice from the CLV group.

Mina Trandafilovski: This is hands-down the best AirBnB in Montreal. Everything about this place was perfect. The contactless and key-pad check-in was a breeze. The room was gorgeous. The minimalist design was perfect. I loved the high ceilings and the big windows. The room gets a lot sunlight during the day. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. It came with everything we needed. The location of this AirBnB is unbeatable. The lobby is cute and has some amenities too. My favourite part was the rooftop and jacuzzi. I spent the entire long weekend there. It was the best place for a long weekend getaway. This will be the only AirBnB I book in Montreal in the future.
Mack Clark: Staying at LeQube was wonderful! Me and my partner stayed 2 nights for a weekend vacation and the location was great, lots of little walks to find great stores, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were very responsive and helpful, and the no contact check-in and check-out were easy and enjoyable. The jacuzzi was also awesome and accessible at any time.

Joel Beckmann: This place, for the price I got, wasn't too bad. The location was pretty much unbeatable, and the unit was enough - nice enough, clean enough, big enough. It just didn't do anything much better than that. Except: it was dark, quiet and cool - great sleeps. The cleaning thing was perhaps the biggest thing - again, not bad, but not hotel clean. The kitchen was a bit grubby and lacked some essentials. Also the front door, a door with a code so you can come and go as you please, was often left ajar due to poor construction. I alerted them, no response; I see another review from a month ago mentioning the same thing. This seems like a big deal and them not addressing it kinda sums the place up: a bit loose.
Nicole: Our apartment was perfect, spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Having free laundry in our same floor was a plus. Love the lobby which always had coffee and tea.

M B: Will be booking again for our trip next year! Our first trip to Montreal this past New Years and this place made it even better. Clean, kitchen had all we needed, great location as there are many different businesses close by and less than 10mins to the metro station. With the street being as busy as it was, our room was quiet and no outside noise affected us. Our first time using a checkin method like the one offered and although I was a little apprehensive, it couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. Staff was helpful when I had concerns and I highly recommend this as the place to stay if you're looking for a real Montreal experience!

The site manager, Charlie, has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire time I've lived there and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He makes an effort to get to know all the residents and everyone I've met who lives in the building is very fond of him as well. All maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly by him, which I really appreciate. He truly has the best interests of the residents in mind and I am so appreciative of everything he does for the building and its residents! He is a standout among CLV management - unfortunately, not all my experiences with the rest of the management company have been as positive. We did a virtual tour and I signed the lease electronically. I received my keys and my move was very easy and went well! Karim Kamel: I have had a great experience so far, the buildings are clean and form a nice divergent community. I have to mention that sometimes issues arise, as they normally do in any apartment or residential complexes, but Sylvia Guttman and Peter Horwacki are two managers that excel at problem resolution. They are equally very professional, helpful and friendly.
MS1956: I have lived at the Rockhill for 30+ years and really never had to contact the administration before. This week I had a few questions and concerns. I had the pleasure of meeting with Sylvia Guttman, the assistant property manager. She was very professional and forthcoming with information. I hope she stays with Minto for a long time. Reach out to her and she will get back to you and will have the time to meet with you regardless if you have an appointment or not. She is definately a person who understands the meaning of customer service.
Reza Sadeghi: I would like to thank the administrative staff of the Rock Hill Building C for their efforts. Ms. Mona hadj is a conscientious expert. She has helped us many times and followed up our problem seriously at the first opportunity. She is always present in her work and is polite and kind.
Loulwa Al Atasi: Update: One of the two elevators has literally been out of service for 3 weeks. The second one broke down today.Have lived here for around 3 months now. Great location everything is close by but it’s not too close to be noisy. Building admin and staff are super nice and friendly, takes a while for response but they eventually get around to it. My dog loves it lots of walking routes. The apartments are pretty spacious not like new apartments and if you get a renovated one then it’s perfect. Peter their leasing agent was really helpful and so kind and honest.

Mustafa Syed: Annamaria was incredible in making sure the move in was seamless, and has given fast assistance anytime I need it throughout the year. Desmond, who’s takes care of the building has a great attitude and is always willing to help as well. Great building with good management!Some notes:- Room insulation isn’t the best, I had to insulate the windows further myself- Walls between rooms are quite thin- Gym missing equipment shown in photos. There are just treadmills in there.

She kindly explained many details to me, like how to search for home storage ideas by structuring items as a tool, while storing them at the same time. Her comments were helpful and reassuring about things like the safety of the balcony, socializing in the common terrace area and the maintenance that the company would do in case needed.It was a positive and refreshing tour and would like to thank Lea for her help.
