I know I'm not always an easy customer, and at this specific instance I really wanted to just say the staff, everybody, was very nice, and kind to me. We also bought a frog and went back the next morning and bought an albino frog. I love this place. I will no longer go to the one in place Versailles mall. The place is clean and located on 2 floors. We received impeccable service from Mellissa who is very patient and competent. I recommend without hesitation.

MAS ICE: I give this place 5 stars because it had everything I needed and the service was nice but the only problem is they only have a indoor mall entrance that kind of sucks when u buy a 60 pound bag of dog food and other bones and treats and have to carry them through the mall and then out the exit . Bailey Blu has saved the day again – and with their help, a lot of patience and great efforts, on our last visit to the veterinarian I was told his health / weight is perfect.There is so little hand-holding to be found in this area of pet care, so it is a great comfort to know there is somewhere to call for nutrition advice for pets where you will find a non-judgemental listening ear who can offer advice based on experience. David Kysela: We started the day looking for dog jackets at another pet shop on Sherbrooke where they wouldn’t let us try the jackets on our dog and the staff didn’t seem much interested in helping. We headed down the street to Bailey Blu and it was an entirely different experience: we were able to try the jackets on our pup and given helpful advice, and our dog got lots of love to boot. Really great experience and definitely out go-to pet shop from now on.
