Laurie Forbes: We participated in the “Grande Tasting” workshop and the experience exceeded our expectations! The chef introduced us to a Korean-inspired menu and everything was carefully accompanied by wines selected by sommelier Manon. The service was excellent and the explanations detailed for each dish. I will definitely return to discover other workshops!

Dustin Scott: We planned for my spouse to attend the EC Language School in Montreal. Unfortunately, we could not, after multiple attempts, get Canada to approve the student visa. The school promised to refund the tuition and most of the fees if this happened and we received the refund as promised. I am a teacher who is really passionate about studying languages, so for me the approach taken by the school would be very important and this was definitive for my positive analysis. I had two teachers during my studies at Herzing, Daniel Dubreuil & Christina Weekes. The teachers were truly invested in student's education and their growth as learners. Up to date material, projects level of education and Internship have enabled me to gain confidence in job market.College is located downtown, which was also a big plus point for me as all the transportation facilities such as buses and metro are always available at walking distance.The administration is open minded and think outside the box to make Herzing College a successful educational experience for the students.

Elise Geum: Perfectly balanced sweet paired with a latte and it's delightful. I go there often and get mango or raspberry tarts or chocolate caramel mouse that melt in the mouth.
Léna Brandenbusch: Chocolate birthday cake to roll around on the floor. Flavors and quality assured.
Flerida Infante: Loved my almond croissant and chai latte! The atmosphere is so cozy and charming and the staff is very attentive and friendly. She was very accommodating and answered every question we had and made sure we enjoyed our time there.

Organic World Club: Top-notch French restaurant in the heart of Montreal! If you’re looking for a special experience, Europea consistently delights with some of the best food and wine in the world. The best ingredients available turned into art for the eyes and taste buds combined with great service is what drives me to come back.Some of the menu highlights included fresh mint tea, onion soup served in an onion, lobster cappuccino, and more paired with phenomenal wines; also, eye watering variety of deserts — my personal choice for best desert was the maple cotton candy.The highlight of the wine pairing was a mistery wine served in black glass. It was of course outstanding in flavor but also unique in appearance.
Vlora Ahmeti: First of all, let me start with saying this is a dining experience. The presentation is very artistic and the flavors are delicate and to be savored. It's not the type of place to go if your interested is a warm, superfilling comfort meal. Atmosphere is beautifully decorated and has nice lighting. Service was excellent, special shout out to Valentino for humoring us. Would definitely recommend for the experience if you're in Montreal for a few days.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Hard pressed to get children to eat these things.

With that said, this is a great experience if you want to try experimental foods, impeccable services in a warm atmosphere *at more affordable prices compared to pure tasting restaurants*Both times were a 2.5-3 hour experience.
