Montreal South KOA Journey: what do users think?

Domenic Marroccoli: Great campground. Very well maintained and updated.Location: 5/5 …

Douglas Williamson: Excellent KOA and one we will be back to! Lots of room for larger rigs, including diesel pushers with larger towed vehicles. We are a 45 foot 5th wheel and we found navigating the grounds to be easy.Nice pool on site and new pickle ball courts just being completed. Big playground if you have children. Seasonal sites and all areas kept clean and tidy.Downtown Montreal is easily accessible from here and a short drive to Bromont as well. Great location near Candiac with a Costco and lots of shopping options. This campground is reasonably priced, has an excellent location and is very well managed!

Brandon Weeks: Nice little stop on the way to and from New Brunswick for me and my Family. People are polite and the girl at the front counter was cute, so 5 stars 😁Nearby activities: Pool table, mini golf, swimming.Walkability: Walk through the park is nice.

Rachel Wagner Lemblé: The campground is continuously improving. The facilities are top rate. The bathrooms are particularly clean. It's the best KOA we've visited.Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …

Joanne Bird: Beautiful campground. Friendly people. Loved the pool. Great access to downtown Montréal. Highly recommend and we will come again.Nearby activities: Good access to downtown Montréal

Peter Li: Great experience here at Park resto.Starting with what i did not like: the seats were too close together. Given that the floor space of the restaurant is very small, the owners decided to pack as many tables as possible and thus we were sitting back to back with other clients. Table was small too. What we loved: Their wagyu sando was simply exquisite. Tender, melt in your mouth and simply a fantastic dish. The Galbi Jjim was so tender and flavorful, it felt like heaven in the mouth.I didn't much like the kimchi dumplings, they are overpriced and probably pre-frozen.Overall a good restaurant.

Daniel Halliman: We arrived for our reservation quite early but we were still able to be seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and of course spoke both French and English. We enjoyed Edamame and Chicken Gyoza to start and then had the Park Maki and Bluefin Bluefin. The appetizers were good and the sushi was absolutely wonderful. Finally, we enjoyed an omakase dessert. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

V H: Playground: Cute playground for the kids, a bit dated, but still very fun for the children.Restrooms: Multiple public restrooms + a little cafe along the way of the trek. Very nice.Dog-friendliness: Many trails are dog-friendly, must be kept on a leash. Please follow those rules so they keep the access to dogs open as well as initiate other National Parks to open their trails to dogs.Picnic area: So many areas and table to picnic.

Forooz Asadi: along the way. I personally prefer more natural places and parks.Restrooms: Not very clean.

Since most of the pitches are rented seasonally and the tenants know each other, a very loving and family atmosphere is created despite the size. Chantal Carriere: AND BECAUSE I JUST LOOKED ON MY MAPS👈AND BECAUSE I WASN'T THERE👈

Joannie_et_JF Hubert: We noticed that there is no longer a restaurant passport offer. We used to spend a lot of time with our young children... impossible to satisfy the children when you have to pay for everything à la carte... Our passes have been purchased since last fall, we don't know what To think about it, it's a shame because we've made some great memories at the park. Previously a well-deserved 5 stars. correction: the restaurant passport offer has returned: we are very satisfied!

L'Anse-à-l'Orme Nature Park: what do users think?

Matt: Nice little spot. Rocky beach. Perfect place to take a break when cycling.Restrooms: Has portajohns in the summerPicnic area: Has picnic tables.

Agnes Ygorra: Wonderful place for water sports.

jean-sebastien Rock: Splendid!

Bosko Zdanski: Great place for nonmotorised water sports. Water is usually much calmer then on Lac St Louis lake nearby. There are changerooms as well.

René Rondeau: Calm.

Jennifer Walker: The mouth of the bay there is a River. The l’Anse a l’Orme river that you can paddle in the spring when the water is high enough. It’s about 4 km to the bridge and back. It’s beautiful with lots of wildlife. Lots of birds it’s quiet and private. There are some obstacles along the way, however, if you are into an adventure, it is tons of fun. I would suggest going in April or May Before the bugs.

Monsesita: Special place to do sailing water sports like kite, funboard windsurf...etc.

danny dubé: Very beautiful site for windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming prohibitedRestrooms: Chemical toilet on sitePicnic area: Picnic table on site

Kim Ngan Nguyen: your car right by the water, set up a picnic spot and spend your day enjoying kayaking/ paddle boarding/ kite surfing, etc. Although it could ve very windy so beginners can struggle a bit. There is also a changing and showering spot and sani-vac restroom on site.

Wonder Woman: Amazing got to see so many creaturesPlayground: I was a calm nice site. To see I just loved it

Bruce Kearney: The parking was a disaster, download the app before, because I could pay for parking at the machine, and even that app was not easy to use too. However, amenities were ok, a lot of people, water was warm and a lot of fun

Anh Thu Dinh: Beautiful waterfront picnic area with boat ramp access. Water is very shallow in the bay area with sandy bottom, perfect for young kids or practicing any water sports. Parking is not free, $10/day or available per hour. It's near the boat ramp so it's convenient and it's usually not very busy. One clean dry toilet on site.

Samuel G: Beautiful park, the water is really not hollow so perfect for young children

Greg Holden: If you have biked Ile Bizard during Spring, chances are you have encountered a turtle attempting to cross the road. I’ve always stopped and given the creature some help. Was pleased to read the following in this regard..

Abdenour MICHA MERAZKA: RaS

Susana De Madariaga: April is not the prettiest month to visit the park, but I highly recommend it any time. The footbridges allow you to see the animals clearly. We saw turtles on the ground! To park, you had to go to the part of the beach, paid parking.

gerardo serrano: Very beautiful park for walking, cycling and in winter sky background.

Angie: A beautiful day in a beautiful park

Jean-François N.: Of all the nature parks in Montreal, that of Île Bizard is one of my favorites because of the variety of environments it shelters: shore of Lac des Deux-Montagnes, marshes, cedar forest, mature maple grove. Many species of birds can be observed there, but it will also interest fans of geology and paleontology since the island was a seabed 480 million years ago.

Martin Bourdeau: Amazing for walking or biking! Highly recommended to enjoy the nature.Restrooms: Only 1 main restroom. They definitely need more.Picnic area: They have 1 dedicated picnic area.

leto BG: Beautiful park surrounded by water
