I was allowed to have both my husband and sister with me, though my sister had to wait in the waiting room while my husband accommonied me during the procedure. Things were descrete enough, and I felt very supported and safe. I was met with neutrality I stead of condensention or judgements. The IV didn't hurt at all and the GYNO and nurse who performed the procedure where absolute rays of sunshine who made me feel at ease and extremely cared for. They really practiced consent every step and touch! Even though I have always been pro choice, I grew up in the US heavily influenced by religion and had a lot of deeply seeded views of what abortion procedures look or feel like, and this just reset everything for me.My only critique could be that while in the recovery room before and after the procedure, the nurse makes phonecalls that I think are just follow up. The woman who take appointments also goes in and out of the room, at one point it was just feel small talk. I would prefer a bit more privacy than that, but I understand space constraints and again, everyone was still so kind and the facility was so clean!!

The service I received from the doctor-nurse team during my pregnancy was really good. A family practitioner nurse followed my newborn until we found a pediatrician for him. All my baby's vaccination were done at the clinic too. They also have a test center where highly skilled and kind nurses provide the services. When my few days old baby was showing sign of weakness due to his jaundice and I called the clinic, they arranged me to see someone next day even though they were short staffed due to new year's eve. I simply don't have enough words to say all the good things about this clinic.

Tina was able to work on this issue for me and, after just a few sessions with her, this sensation was completely gone!She also had a chance to work on 3 other issues that I have had for awhile. I had pain and numbness on the side of my head which was also alleviated after Tina began my treatment plan.As well, Tina was able to work on a recently diagnosed pain which was causing a high degree of pain near my belly button.
