RenoVilla is a family run business making the interaction with them even more pleasant. Our bathroom vanity was a tough project, due to its non-standard size, and required adjustments and modifications that would otherwise not have been needed. Moe and his team put in the extra time and labor to ensure that the final product would be nothing less than perfect for the space. We are using RenoVilla again for our second bathroom as those renovations should be underway shortly. Rez Alforque: Wait until you see the results! We visited a few kitchen cabinet makers in the West Island and compared the quotes. What sold us with RenoVilla is that they make their cabinets locally compared to others, which would minimize any delays. This allowed us to complete our project sooner than others. They are a family-run business and run a tight ship. They designed our kitchen using a program so that we could visualize it. They were patient with our requests to change colors, drawer sizes, handles, moldings, etc. They walked us through the process, pushed us to make sure we had all our appliances for the right fit. Despite a delay in the delivery of our tiles from another supplier, RenoVilla quickly moved their timeline to help push our project forward. Any large project requires adjustments along the way, and they were accommodating with reasonable costs.As for the custom cabinets and drawers, they are made of good quality and opted for the metal Blum box drawers without regret. They are smooth and everything lined up perfectly.Communications was prompt and we could not be happier with the results. Lin Sok: I've held several events at Nuenza over the years and the owner Nancy has always been a pleasure to work with. Nuenza has a fully functional kitchen and the layout of the studio allows for my guests to walk around and mingle. I've held a number of mixers and networking events, and I have friends/guests who've rented the space for their own events, including a fundraiser to raise money for the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.The biggest event I've held there had 60 people, and the fewest is around 20. I believe capacity is much bigger but 60 is comfortable so you're not shoulder-to-shoulder. With 20 people, it didn't look empty. This is to help provide a visual if you are looking for an event space.It is also walking distance from de Castelneau and Beaubien metros, and there is street parking.Overall, this is my go to space to host events and I highly recommend the gorgeous Cuisines Nuenza.

Alex ran through how their service works, the various material options, we discussed my living situation and plans to determine what materials would best suit my kitchen. He was so straightforward, honest and pleasant to speak with! He supplied us with a sample plan and cost for another project on the go, so that we would have an idea of layout, cost etc. If this was going to be my forever home, I would have gone with them in a heart beat, but I chose a more affordable option given that it will eventually become a rental unit.

Anouk Bachman: We started our journey with Nuenza in the late summer of 2020, when we bought a small condo in the Plateau that needed a lot of love. Dora reached out to us, and we immediately clicked! So the process started of figuring out what we wanted to do with the kitchen, the bathroom, and a lot of polish all around the house. She was the perfect match for us as a designer, and made it all so much FUN for us, with the least amount of stress possible. And that means a lot when you are renovating during a global pandemic, while moving, and working full-time!Once the designs were done, we were matched with the most amazing contracting team, and we cannot recommend Guillaume and his coworkers highly enough. Overall that process of renovation went really smooth, with a lot of updates so we could give our input and keep updated on the progress. The pandemic caused some minor delays, but every single time Dora and the team of Nuenza tried to help as much as possible to provide alternatives or even a placeholder when we decided a stove was worth waiting for.I think the only challenge we faced I was less happy with was the work done by the installer from Miralis. While we are incredibly happy with the Miralis products, the installer made some errors and scratches, and for that reason we would not work with this installer again. Nuenza's team made sure all that was fixed and addressed, so no complaints there on how they handled that.Our home is now finished and we have been living in since December. We couldn't be happier. Turns out I like moving and renovating, so maybe in a few years we will do it again; I would not hesitate to reach out to Nuenza again!We should have photos to share in a few weeks !Service:Remodeling

La semaine dernière, j'avais besoin d'ajustements pour le système de fermeture des tiroirs et j'ai reçu la même qualité de service.
L Mac: We did our kitchen reno with Club Cuisine BCBG last Fall. They did an amazing job. We worked with Emilie for the design. She had great ideas and knew about appliances and a kitchen’s day-to-day functionality. She gave advice to avoid mistakes and knew how to optimize a kitchen’s practicality.The cabinetry installer, Hector, was a master at his trade. He gave attention to every detail, he was efficient, he was very professional and reliable. He did everything as we wanted it and also explained things very clearly and offered great tips. You can’t beat the options Luxor offers in terms of inside the drawers and cabinets, the corner pieces, glass doors, inside colours, thickness and quality of the inside construction.We used their recommendation, Rocartz, to install the granite counters and their work was impeccable, just like their reviews indicate. Three months later I noticed a tiny rough spot that was hard to see because of the pattern. We called them and they came a few days later and made it disappear. Very professional.Lastly, on these pricey projects, after-sales service is always a big concern because everything has been paid for, but Christian stepped up and tended to a couple of requests we had during and after the installation. When some of the handles we chose were back-order, Christian was very accommodating to help us out. All in all, a great team, and a positive experience, I would recommend them.

We're sure all the team at VIMA is great but we had the pleasure of working with Stefanie for design and Paulina as coordinator. No doubt Covid slowed our project with all suppliers but with VIMA we always knew where we stood. A true test of professionalism is how a problem is handled when it happens and they always do. After installation my wife noticed that two end panels on the vanity in the Master Bathroom didn't match. A couple of pictures to Stefanie and it was solved. The manufacturer didn't just try to repair it but rather prioritized the building of an entire new two sink vanity, two cabinets and mirror frame, all under the direction of VIMA. To say we are satisfied with the services of VIMA would be an understatement!

DCR Construction project Manager was attentive to our ideas, and offered their own ideas which we found very helpful. We never got the feeling that our job was too small or not worth their time. Our satisfaction with the work was their number one priority. I would highly recommend DCR Construction, honest and respectful builder.

From the first time I walked in until the installation at my house, the team communicated the plan very well so I knew what to expect throughout the process. This was also one of the few places that agreed to cut my quartzite countertop on a 45° angle for a cascade waterfall. Ruth was very helpful the entire way. Edwin is a master at his craft. I thought I chose a very simple quartzite slab, but it turned out that it was very complicated when creating a cascade waterfall effect, Edwin made sure all the lines joined up seamlessly. Extremely happy, clearly this is an art-form for them, and it shows.

The installation team were SUPER nice and very knowledgable for the product care. Although there was a little mix up with the delivery, they did everything to make it right and fixed it right away.
