Amanda Ortiz: is the zestiest bartender I've ever met! He spiced up our evening with his fiery cocktails and hot sense of humour. Never have I seen someone juggle limes, shots, and sass with such zest. His mixology skills are as refreshing as his signature sangria he blessed us with upon arrival. If you're looking for a bartender who can stir up a good time, Jalapeño is your guy. Guaranteed to turn any sour day into a spicy night. Definite hangover tomorrow but it will be worth it. Can’t wait to see our guy Jalapeño again. Make sure you call him Jalapeño lol 3

Nancy Chouinard: Great serviceVery good locationTo go back

JB: I have stayed at the W Montreal many times and for so many reasons. The hotel itself is fantastic, with beautiful rooms, a great vibe and a location that can't be beaten. However, the service at the W is above and beyond. My most recent stay was outstanding due to the extraordinary service from the concierge W insider.I want to extend a special thank you to Mauricio V. He was always there to answer my questions and book my reservations at any of the top restaurants and bars in the city. Mauricio's efforts made all the difference and made my stay at the W and in Montreal more enjoyable. The dedication and enthusiasm Mauricio V showed in taking care of my requests and needs made me feel a very valued guest. Thank you again to all the staff at the W Montreal and a special thank you again to Mauricio V.

Marina Sonin: who made our stay flawless. We were treated to champagne in our rooms, desserts on the house and were treated well by the staff.

Roger Hughes: Hotel highlights Luxury

Alexandre Blais: I had the chance to experience several Hotels in Montreal and my experience at the W was really positive! The employees are very welcoming and attentive!Everyone is attentive to your needs!I highly recommend. We also had the chance to speak with Mauricio W insider!A man who was also very attentive!Definitely our new favorite in Montreal!

Hotel Omni Mont-Royal: what do users think?

Robert Oszust: Made the trip during the solar eclipse. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff were very polite providing bell hop and valet services that one would expect from going to a well run hotel. The area that the hotel finds itself in is a college town which has plenty of near-by amenities. Would be happy to visit again.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious.Nearby activities: Surrounded by a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance as well as a scenic mountain overview a short hike away.Walkability: Very walkable with sidewalks and street access all around.

Milena’s Pro Roofers: Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view

Me: Was there for a meeting so i didn't stay there but the staff was polite and respectful and building look nice inside and out

Matthew G: Great location when visiting Montreal. Very walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. Easy to get to the metro. Service is friendly and accommodating. Middle of the road pricing it seems. Rooms were decent. Spacious and adequate for 2 guests. Bathroom was a nice size with a tub/shower combo. Cleanliness in the room could've used some slight improvement.. I found some miscellaneous hairs on my pillows and bed sheets when I first arrived. Bathroom tub dripped continously. Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. Views are pretty lackluster, but it is in the city after all. Room temp seemed good and the thermostat worked fine. Mini fridge was nice to keep food stored. Room overall was a bit dated and rough around the edges, but it got the job done while visiting. Not disappointed as a whole.

Jerry Ehlers: . The pool has such great views of the city. The staff were all so sweet. It was my first time in Montreal and I felt so welcomed. This was my favorite stay in a hotel, hands down. I stayed in the 2 queen room

Stephen Milioti: My brother and I, along with some friends, stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal for five nights when the World Figure Skating Championships were in town, and the experience was first rate all the way. From the minute we checked in, we were received so warmly by everyone at the hotel. And it only got better as the time went on. From Irene at the front desk to Guillaume in the Palm Court bar/restaurant, everyone was exemplary at their job and went above and beyond. As grand as this over-a-century-old building is, the rooms are fresh, contemporary and state-of-the-art. They feel individual and personal, with none of the cookie-cutter quality that even top luxury chains are falling prey to these days.I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it is truly one of the most special places we have stayed.Safety: Security is excellent. You need a hotel key to access the elevator and the key only provides access to your floor.Food & drinks: Try the RC cocktail at the Palm Court! It’s next level

Max Staubin: Very good, first time going there since the major renovations a few years ago. It really is the number one hotel in MontrealRooms: Very luxurious and ultra comfortable, excellent service

erick meguid: Cant beat the Ritz-Carlton. Downtown central, great location for shopping and sightseeing, everything wonderful about montreal is a small walk, staff and service you will find none better and after a hard day being a tourist, one can only enjoy your comfortable surroundings, cocktails and champagne with friends, thank you ritz carlton, until we return again

Jonathan Marcel: Very good quality bedding, efficient and very pleasant staff.Hotel under construction without us having had the information, the hobby was therefore not at all as presented on the site. The room is a little old but in perfect condition and could do with a little modernization.

DAMIEN CAVELIUS: Very warm welcome, the people we met are very friendly and provide great service, the rooms are comfortable.Despite the work, and the absence of a restaurant, we had a great stay, and few disruptions, apart from the closing of the restaurant. Thanks for the cinnamon hot chocolates in the morning.Nearby activities: IN the heart of Carré Doré, the hotel is close to banks and business centers, but also the Museum of Modern Art, a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Mont Royal and McGill Park, 35 minutes walk from the Old Port. Nice place to shine.

Myrta Berniron (Kryzalys): , no lounges or bar…Decent breakfast buffet but with little choice

Shafiqa Sayed: They made my vacation with my kids an amazing memory.Nearby activities: It's at the prime location. The have fine Arts galaxy, Cathedral, king Edward Square and lot of tourists places at walking distance, plus they provided me wheelchair so I could roam around easily.

Linda Thompson: Stayed for a conference. Meeting rooms were as expected for a large hotel. The guest room layout consists of several towers and levels - requiring the use of escalators and various elevators. Some of the attendees were in different towers. The bar was great at night for connecting. The second floor where we had our cocktail party was super hot …. Too warm for mixing up a hundred people. The escalator was down for one day. Nice to have it fixed second day.Beds were comfortable and I loved the duvet.

David: .It's a great spot for the value. I wouldn't recommend families staying here, but if you're travelling solo, with a partner, or with friends this is a good place to stay for the weekend.

JE JE: Visiting for a week, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming, correct and polite. The manager was very understanding and cooperative. The reception hall is warm with its free hot drinks dispenser.Small downside: we would have liked a more varied breakfast.Rooms: Spacious, quiet. Park slope on the squirrels. Cleaned daily.Nearby activities: Close to all amenities.

Diogo Fiori: but at the time we were offered a menu and the prices were higher. We ate at another location.Rooms: The rooms were large and comfortable.Nearby activities: We went to Montreal En Lumière, very close to the hotel which is also surrounded by restaurants and places to visit.Safety: We felt very safe at the hotel, the entrance door was locked at night, 24-hour concierge.Walkability: Very easy to walk around, metro stations very close. We left the car parked for a long time.Noteworthy details: Each floor has an ice machine, which made it much easier for us to always have our drinks cold and to be able to take some ice on our trips.

Catherine Miles: It's the excellent, down-to-earth attention and care that one receives that makes the hotel so special. Yes it's spotless; yes it's comfortable and chic and everything smells good, and even my belongings still smelled ever so slightly like the hotel when I got home; yes it's wonderfully located and Marcus is delicious and, well, it's the Four Seasons, but it stands out because of the warm and personal welcome from each and every employee. And they all seem really happy to be there. There is no superficiality one might expect from a five-star hotel. I felt like I was coming home every time I went back to my room.

Mike Munn (Mike5449): . Additionally, the services provided by the hostel are numerous and really helps to settle you in, countering any room problems. Not enough room? The commons area is spacious. Don't want to go out for food or order in? Breakfast is free and there's a bistro as well in the evenings. You also have 24/7 desk service, which is a great feature. The once-daily room service is also great.

LéoFilmaker: ! The rooms are spacious, well equipped

Philippe Bussières: I had things to do in town, without really knowing what time I would return, knowing that I would have to leave early the next day. I wasn't too interested in bothering friends or paying top dollar for a few hours of sleep. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the place, the spirit that reigns there, and the busy central location, it was easy to get there by metro.

Annelise H: to be shared by 6 - quite average when in the morning we all get ready to leave at around the same time

Niko: After spending 4 days in Montreal in this hostel, I only remember good things! Well-configured rooms, good mattress, curtains for privacy. Clean bathroom, great roommate. The hostel is very well located, close to the metro while still allowing the possibility of exploring the city on foot. The common areas are well maintained, a very decent breakfast and above all a very good atmosphere in the hostel. It was the ideal place for day-long meetings and the opportunity to exchange with travelers of all nationalities.I highly recommend !

Carmen Alvarez: The place is very cozy, safe and the staff is very friendly. It is located near the 747 bus stop to go to the airport.Yes, I would return and I recommend the place, my experience was excellent spending a day there. I will soon go to learn more about Montreal.Adrian Kaled

Alejandro H: , and I met so many great people and friends during my stay there at the free breakfast, hostel events, and people that came and went in my room. The beds were super comfy, blinds on the beds worked really well in case someone came back late and turned on their bed light, and I always looked forward coming back to the hostel to crash and see the events going on. There are plenty of rooms to also do work in and have quiet time at night if you need to take a call or work during the day.The included breakfast also nice and simple and consistent every day, offering bagels from a nice bakery + spreads, tea, milk and oats + granola, coffee, apples, and bananas. They also offer a few more food options later in the day, and the place turns into a bar in the evening with cheap prices. The hostel is also really conveniently located close to one of the 747 airport stops, and literally a block away from the orange line metro station, and also on the same block as a Bixi station with lots of bikes. The area felt super safe, and it was always easy to find my way back at night even without a map. And during my arrival and departure, the staff was able to keep my luggage in a safe room.Overall I would absolutely return again and recommend this place, and Saintlo made my Montreal experience so much better than I expected :

Direction Générale Aux Trois Couvents: Better and better organized.Walkability: The Lucien-L'Allier metro station is just a stone's throw away.

Theresa Cavazos: . Was super impressed!!! Highly recommend!Rooms: Great beds with privacy curtains!Walkability: Great locale!Food & drinks: Awesome breakfast!

Orion Lucas: The rooms very clean and well organized, beds were small for me but I also know I'm just a larger person. The amount of amenities available to a visitor is uncommon amongst other hostels and truly is amazing and I am grateful for those. This the hostel being in downtown and within 3 blocks of two different metro lines, I truly could go anywhere in the city!

Melody Contreras: Rooms: I stayed in a 4 bedroom all female dorm and it was nice. Clean and roomy.Nearby activities: Plenty of things to do that are walkable from this hostel!Walkability: Many attractions are nearby and the walkability to the train station is like 2 minutes away!Food & drinks: The bar that they have in the basement is convenient and the poutine was great!

justin way: . I will be staying here again in the future and I would recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Nick Fortin: It's good, our room was clean and the beds comfortable. We couldn't see anything outside because of the fog. The continental breakfast is very good and complete: toast, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc. negative point: the limited parking space and the price of $30. In addition, since we had a minivan, we had one of the 4 spaces in the back alley, without any guarantee. We were warned not to leave anything inside...in short, go and park at UQAM opposite.

Sofia Mehlitz: Great experience staying here. The staff was very kind and patient. Check in was easy, our room was large and very clean. No issues at all. Breakfast was a bit fancier and nicer than your typical complementary selection and I was very happy with it. Check out was equally as easy. There wasn't any parking available on site but we parked at UQAM, just a block away for 12$ a day, which was very reasonable and close. The location was top notch, 15 minute walk to old Montreal, very close to Chinatown and right next to the Village. Great stay if you're down to explore the city! Would recommend staying here.

Ashkan N: Good location, staff are friendly and rooms are cleanRooms: Clean roomsWalkability: Walking distance to public transportation

Helen Grace: It is one of the best places to stay in the heart of Montreal. The best location if you want to roam around the city. Near to everything, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, banks, and many more.Love the location. The room is amazingly clean and big. I must say that the interior of the rooms is very pleasing, aesthetic. The staff, especially Leanne and the manager, are very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. They have their own parking space for a low price. And of course, free breakfast!!!I highly recommend this hotel. Good for relaxation and quick getaway.

Katherine Rivera: Our short 1 night stay was pleasant. The airport shuttle was timely, check-in/out was seamless, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good in comparison to the typical hotel breakfast. My only complaint was how thin the walls were. We could hear a cat meowing in a neighboring room and we were woken at 4am to people departing. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a small kitchenette, sofa, desk, and plenty of outlets.

Diane Guignard: Breakfast hours 6-9am, not very convenient for travelers. Breakfast turns away as many clientes as they serve. Also we were asked to leave the breakfast area at 9:15am even though we were still quietly sipping coffee. Shuttle service is great, drivers are very good. Rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable.Rooms: Small, no water bottles, very clean.Food & drinks: Breakfast area was very nice, Breakfast hours not reasonable and asking people to leave the area at 9:15 is not acceptable.Noteworthy details: Beautiful hotel, but lacking a good breakfast service/food. Great shuttle service, very clean . Reception was very attentive, fast and efficient in dealing with clients

youssef soliman: Absolutely exceptional! This hotel offers a truly unique experience with its well-appointed rooms that most of them feature Jacuzzis, fire pits, and fully-equipped kitchens, providing ample space for comfort. The reception staff, particularly Jason, stand out with their exceptional hospitality, always greeting guests with a warm smile and a professional demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. Already eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Daniel Erler: Literally no WiFi reception in the room, otherwise in the hotel it is too slow for working. Breakfast and evening reception are too crowded, but having free drinks is a nice benefit. The rooms are quite big and the location is superb though.Edit after another visit in 2024: They finally fixed the WiFi and installed repeater. The elevator though can be heard even more than two rooms away, therefore only 4 out of 5 stars.

T1: Nice hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant and the drinks are really good. Joey and the rest of the team at the restaurant are all very nice and friendly. Centrally located near all of the great tourist sites and downtown shopping. Everything was in walking distance. If you rented a car they have a garage under the hotel. Housekeeping is excellent particularly Dora. I will be coming here again.
