Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

I was met with a warm welcome when I and my sibling first went in the store, they asked us if we needed help when they saw that we needed it and tried their best understanding us with the language barely we had. They guided us to what we needed, was able to find the specific items we requested and then showed us both the sizing we were. I was amazed with how helpful they were and how caring they is about her work and the customers that come in the store. 10/10 service
