Josiane Issa: I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I am very grateful for the staff. The receptionists are kind and very helpful. Melanie is a gem. I have been followed by nurse Kathy and she is amazing at dealing with keloids and cystic acne flare ups in the most gentle but effective manner whether it's with a kenalog injection or draining out a cyst. She is attentive and empathetic. Carolina is also a very caring technician who makes me enjoy my morpheus8 treatments. Both are really knowledgeable and care about your progress!

Then once you’re inside, they let you choose between washing your hands + clean towel or hydro alcoholic gel.🗓 After that, there was a “second consultation” with Lorie, and let me tell you, I did not expect it to go that way. She took a look at the treatment area; then, she told me right there that she cannot treat me for laser hair removal. She explained to me what the laser does, why it’s not ideal for my skin colour, and what the risks are. Basically, the machine won’t get which is my skin
Julie Mondor: I chose Medispa Jouvence because the reviews were so great, but also because I'd heard that bigger places that give out groupons and charge less and offer many other services don't give you the care and attention you need. I didn't want to invest my money in something that was going to be poorly done. I've been getting hair removal treatments at Jouvence for over a year and the results are excellent, so much so, that I don't need to go back. The hair is gone! They give great discounts if you pay for multiple treatments in advance. It's worth it considering the amount of money I spent on waxing over the years. Very focused on safety, she also checked and took note of all the skin products I used to ensure that they did not contain any photosensitizing ingredients that could compromise the flow and effectiveness of the laser, then she followed up with each subsequent session!I haven't finished all the necessary sessions yet, but so far Michelle's estimates have proven to be true and the hair in the treated area is almost all gone. A friend advised me to choose a technician who takes her time and makes sure to cover the entire area with each treatment without cutting corners, and that's really the case with Michelle!I 100% recommend Michelle and the Center Esthétique Montréal Village.
