M: I used their “desk” and I totally recommend them. I was visiting the area and since the Wi-Fi at the hotel I was staying was somewhat slow and I was afraid that it wouldn’t show the video I had to present in the online meeting smoothly enough, I suddenly had to find a good Wi-Fi to make the meeting go well. I wasn’t sure if I could even talk at the desk and asked about it on the phone and Nadia was kind enough to answer all my questions. When I went there, at first, my laptop didn’t get connected with their Wi-Fi, but the staff was all helpful. I am happy I used their desk, and absolutely recommend them. Thank you, especially Nadia!
Christy MacDonald: Great location and great amenities for a coworking space. I used an open space, a quiet room and a phone booth and they were all great. Nadia at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for more as an out-of-towner needing a place to work for the day.

J M: .Can't speak for the events since I haven't been to others, location is great, close to Bonaventure metro.Super auto machines with coffee, tea options, kombucha on tap 🙌 and sparkling water on tap as well.Printer system is easy to use.Wish there was compost and regular plates instead of wasteful paper plates. Wish desks had some adjustability in height.Didn't see snacks, and opening hours are a little restrictive. Kombucha and sparkling water open from 9-4pm is odd, maybe it's cuz someone needs to open/close it?Bike rack indoors on the 5th floor so it's safer than leaving it outside.Bravo for the feminin hygiène products in the women's washroom. Also the washrooms have closed toilet stalls and funky wallpapers on the ceiling. All nice touches.Overall, inspiring environment to be in.

Doum: Wooooow! C'est la première fois que j'entrais dans ce coin du complexe.. et je suis complètement envahi par toute cette architecture où se mêle brique et verre dans un ambiance cubisme! Guy Favreau, décédé en 1967, est un avocat, un homme politique et un juge canadien. Et pour le complexe, il a été construit en 1983, propriété du gouvernement fédéral.
Alexandre Lamoureux: I arrived at 8:00 a.m., half an hour before opening, there were 25 people in front of me. At 8:40 a.m. I meet a passport attendant. They were able to answer all my questions quickly and efficiently. Very good service. 5 stars
Chelsea Komschlies: Wanted to share my passport experience. It’s mid December and we are traveling in the beginning of January, and I have no appointment because they were booked fully till after our trip. I waited in the first line downstairs for about one hour, then once triaged in the main room upstairs I waited an additional 90 minutes. I was considered a standard/non-urgent case. I did see people come in and get served immediately, for very urgent cases. They have a very black and white system of “if travel day is x, pickup day is y” and you don’t get to expedite service to the next day for an extra cost if you want to, you have to go with the schedule they give you. I suppose that’s fine as long as the pickup day is firm, which it appears it’s going to be. All staff, security and passport workers, were kind and efficient. I had no problems receiving service in English. Will update if anything goes awry but considering the circumstances, I feel like everything went as well as it could have. I arrived in that first line around 8:45 on a Monday. You might be able to shave off some time by arriving just prior to the building itself opening. There’s a sign outside that says you are allowed to come in and line up as soon as the building opens.
