Everything I need and very very reasonable prices. About two years ago I mistakenly bought hair wash conditioner instead of hair softener for my daughter and although it’s against return policy at that time, she understood me and changed it without a fuss. I recommend this store 100%. Hera beauty and A+ beauty cannot compare.👍

Thank you so much Eman, you are the best!I would like to add that on April 13th I called to make an appointment with my favourite hair stylist Eman and I was shocked to learn that she no longer works there. This is a huge loss for Eleganza since Eman is loved by all of her loyal customers not only for her excellent work but also for her positive attitude.

Amel: I had a color correction, cut and blow dry with Eman. The range of services was excellent. She was very patient with me, as I had lost confidence with hairdressers. She took the time to fully understand my needs in terms of coloring but also color correction and hair protection. We saw different options before starting treatment. She was very meticulous and the result is magnificent. In addition to the head massage and hot towel to relax me during the post-coloring treatment, which I have never had elsewhere, she analyzed my hair and gave me several tips for the good health of my hair. This was my first experience with a hairdresser at Eleganza. Generally I go to hair salons and hairdressers are always in a hurry and the choice is limited. I definitely plan to come back soon.Thank you Eman for your patience and excellent service!
