Not only that but the staff is very helpful. When I went to pick up one of my orders I was talking about sizing and the owner made a better suggestion for one of the costumes. Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

I received my desk on time and in the meantime, having changed my mind about the carpet, they did not persist with me and refunded me. My desk was easy to assemble with the plans, easy to follow, however a drawer front was damaged. In a short time my request was responded to and the replacement part was sent. On their site they talk about shipping in 2-7 business days by FedEx but so far shipping hasn't even started yet!As the status of the order it says ''in transit'' for several days. I chose m2go because I thought I would have my furniture quickly but now I am disappointed.I expected to receive my order by FedEx but that was not the case. I finally received it. I had difficulty putting the bed together, especially with the drawers, but overall it's okay. I am finally satisfied.
