Maria Falkovich: I have had the best experience with Dr. Rosen - great communication skills, clearly explaining all the options, listening to the feedback, eye for detail. Very sharp, especially given how busy this place is really. Overall excellent experience every time i have an appointment. No matter how busy it is, you are never feeling like he is rushing through, really subtle art if you ask me.Aside from Dr. Rosen I have had good experiences with the reception staff and the nurses.I see that some reviewers complain that it takes several hours till you are free to go but it does say that in the email confirmation, so it’s not like you are not warned in advance.Also with regard to some other issues reported - I was several times clearly informed about a test not covered by RAMQ asking me if i am ok with paying for it.So all in all I feel that maybe some of the reviews from, say, a year ago made a difference - i have visited the clinic several times in the past 6 months and i’ve had no complaints, and neither have i seen

There is two people in that clinic that I can say they are fantastic.first and foremost my Doctor David Lederer one of the most knowledgeable and analytical doctor that I’ve ever met. He’s not only an excellent physician he is also compassionate and dedicated he treated my eye issues with expertise and precision DR Lederer is an amazing ophthalmologist I will always count on him for advice and treatment. Jenna Daley: After recently posting about a negative experience I had at Zyeu, I was immediately contacted by the manager, Mike who gave me an opportunity to explain the situation and talked it over with me. He then immediately rectified everything by offering to fix my problem for me without cost - wow, that's great customer service! It was extremely kind and attentive of the team and Zyeu is the type of place where if you have any issues with your prescription, glasses or anything at all, you just need the problem to bring to their attention and they will help you so that you have the best care possible. I was really impressed by the response and will definitely be returning again after such a great experience!

About a month or so later, I ran into the opticien, Mike Nercessian, and he remembered me. Len Goldberg: Just did my first two visits to Harry Touch and I'm impressed.Both optometrists displayed complete expertise and affable demeanor. The examination equipment seems ultra-advanced to me. The staff were pleasant and professional as well. And they compassionately squeezed me in for a follow-up emergency visit despite being fully booked.I also find the pricing reasonable. Harry Toulch doesn't seem out to gouge you. Plus there's a vast selection of frames and the clinic is clean and modern. What's not to like? The few negative reviews are clearly people who don't have the consideration to respect that staff cannot automatically tend to your needs within five seconds of your entrance. I'm definitely a lifetime customer of Harry Toulch now.👌P.S. My tuque is from another sensational business, vegan fast food chain Odd Burger--check them out if you're in Ontario.

Recours Collectif: Went in for an emergency for my eyes, they were hurting. I was received right away between two patients and the eye doctor saw me right away and really took the time to explain what was going on and why I had pain in my eyes. They made me some glasses for use with my computer and my problem is solved, and so is my blurred vision and headaches. I've been to other places but I was never received with the amount of personal attention that I received here. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, I have been to other places previously that seemed overpriced in comparison and they made my glasses for me on the spot. I definitely recommend this place, I was very satisfied and will go back when I need new glasses.

Harry Toulch had a mission when he settled in Montreal and opened his first store in 1958.Then, I met Mr. Michael, a true gentleman, and he took care of me, answered my needs in the most efficient ways, in a matter of minutes he was a gentle man. You can see he really cares about his clients. I asked Mr. Michael if that’s what we always wanted to do, following his dad’s footsteps? He answered in the most eloquent way, “I could always live in my work, but not in my life.”It’s an iconic institution, his staff are highly intelligent and experienced individuals. They are well versed in their craft. I highly recommend if you ever need an eye exam or a new pair of sun glasses.There’s no need to assign any superlatives or adjectives… Mr. Michael is a master of his craft, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Nabila Constantin: Excellent Service!Dr Younes Agoumi offers the best service to his patients, thank you Dr for seeing me urgently yesterday, I am very grateful!About 10 years ago, he treated me in the emergency room of Notre Dame Hospital for repetitive uveitis. Although I had seen several ophthalmologists before him, he was the only one to put his finger on the source of my problem. He saved not only my eyes but also my joints, because he gave me a request to consult a rheumatologist, at first the rheumatologist could not diagnose my problem while Dr. Agoumi insisted that I had arthritis. Finally I had pain everywhere in my joints and I had a lot of difficulty walking. When I got there, the rheumatologist apologized and discovered that I had seronegative polyarthritis. He prescribed me metotrexate. This is how Dr. Agoumi saved my eyes and my joints. Few doctors these days go to great lengths to cure a patient. Usually it is speed and quantity that count and not quality. I will never forget this great heart doctor 💓

Catherine Lagasse: First time here. Staff was very friendly and patient, dr super nice also. It took a few months to see someone but it was well worth it. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t charge me for the $120 an eye scan that i don’t need. All other places i called insist that you paid for this scan. Everything went through my health card so i didn’t pay for anything.
