Normand Lefebvre: Bakery "Home made kosher bakery", which currently makes me ask questions, formerly I worked there on delivery of products, kosher it was, but since its move to Cantor's bakery, questions arise, because Cantor's is not not kosher, less so in 1971 when I worked there and I did not see the famous letter patent of the Vaad Hair of Montreal. I love “cheese bagels”, this cheese pastry, available all year round and not only on Shavuot.

All I have to say is that Persians and this bakery definitely know how to make some unbelievably tasty pastries! I tried their barbari bread as soon as I got home, I could feel the freshness from the first bite, it was amazing. Surprisingly it wasn’t my favourite type of bread at Gandom ! Their “taftoun” was out of this world. It was like a pitta bread that’s 10 times more fresh and tasty. The two gentlemen at the counter were very welcoming and helped me a lot in my choices as it was my first time. I definitely have to thank my Persian friends for introducing me to this amazing bakery!
