Albana: By far, the best pizza in Montreal. The service is fast& you feel really welcome. Some of the waiters have been there from 20 years or more. It's like a little family that welcomes you at their place.The pizzas are amazing. Even now, that we don't live in Montreal area, we go there whenever we can.

Zee Valle: What a fabulous little place! Wood oven napolitana pizza!! Great service! Friendly atmosphere. We had the opportunity to be served by Claire - great service with a smile and very quick service. Every pizza of the eight our table ordered was delicious . I personally ordered the five mushroom pizza and it was out of this world delicious! So much so that we went back the following day for lunch. We were able to see Claire again and had an opportunity to speak to Olivier who was so personable, polite and kind. When he found out we were celebrating a bday on that day, he presented the bday girl with a cute gift 🎁 Thank you to both of you for making our trip to Montreal so very memorable 🙏☺️. Glenn Atchison: I must start out by saying that my review is probably biased as I worked here over 50 years ago. It brought back fond memories. The restaurant has changed inside since then, and now has a warm comfortable inviting atmosphere, overseen by friendly family service. The menu here has always been fresh, with the best ingredients. That recipe hasn't changed in 50 years plus. Family owned and supported. Best pizza and pasta.
Michel Condoroussis: Very happy to have a nice local pizza place nearby, this is always a must for me. The pizza was quite larger than I had thought, so we had plenty of leftovers for the next day and it was just as good the day after. Mauro Calli: Love the pizza and the subs are stuffed with meat. I would say the subs might be missing some seasoning but you can't go wrong with them. I'll add my own dressing to it but as for size and price these are probably one of the best. I've pass by this restaurant so many times that I finally gave it a try and it was well worth it. Go give it a try.

Jade Knepper: Very good pizza 🍕, as for the tiramisu I didn't find it to my taste but as they say, everyone has their own taste. The atmosphere is really nice and so are the staff.On the other hand, at the organizational level, it is not at the top. We had reserved a table and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated at our table because there were people. If you are a small group, do not rely on the reservation time, especially at the end of the evening. We had an error on our 7:30 p.m. reservation so it was moved to 9 p.m.Aside from these small errors which are part of the vagaries of life, we had a good evening.

Bernard: Disappointment of not being able to get in warm at 5:15 p.m. although I know the start of service is at 5:30 p.m. We were two people over 70 years old and there was also a couple with a child under two years old waiting in the cold outside. We would have appreciated being able to just take a seat at our reserved table and wait for service to begin at 5:30 p.m. It really seems like a civil servant to open at 5:30 p.m. sharp and not really concerned about customer service! However, the new vegetarian pizza with, among other things, brie, aioli and sweet potatoes quickly made me smile again.

Jeremiah Hayes: The best pizza in Montreal! At Bouquet, you can always rely on getting a delicious slice, fresh out of the oven. The service is usually fast and friendly, but once in a while you get a stuck-up looking server, who has lots of trouble smiling. Inside, there’s not many places to sit, but in warmer weather you can sit on benches outside. I wish they had water available on tap and a bathroom, but nevertheless they got amazing pizza.

The crust is perfect, fresh ingredients and generously garnished with beautiful large basil leaves!Among my favorite wood-fired pizzerias, it follows closely behind Kesté and it's clear that I'm coming back this summer to enjoy the terrace with friends.
