Andrew Finlay: Kais installed a new fan in our bathroom ceiling, solving the humidity problem there. The installation involved extensive carpentry work in the ceiling as the fan I had purchased was quite a bit larger than the old one. He also did some excellent plastering work where the ceiling had been previously damaged. Although the work involved was more than what had been anticipated, his bill respected his initial estimate.
