iryna: We entrusted the Unisson group with a significant project involving the installation of windows and doors on two floors and the basement. Overall, our experience was positive. It was easy to communicate with one of the Unisson's representative Sergey, who explained the whole process and was always available to answer our questions. Initially, we had concerns about the installation process, thinking it would take a few days. However, the company sent two teams, and they completed the entire project within a single day. The teams worked efficiently and the lead Vadim was responsive to our needs and questions throughout the process.Given the extensive scope of the project involving numerous doors and windows, it's understandable that there were a few hiccups along the way. Specifically, we needed adjustments made to a basement door and the patio door, as well as changes to some weather strips and insulation strips afterwards. Despite these minor issues, we were impressed by the company's swift response and their ability to address the adjustments promptly. A special mention to Anatoliy, who promptly addressed those issues. Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided.

Starting with Tony Semeraro the sales rep who guided us with our project he was very knowledgeable and kept his word on the date of the installation. Max and his crew came to do the installation they were amazing starting with making sure to cover the floors and the furniture, you could tell they love their job they made sure of every little detail and after the work was done they vacuumed and cleaned up completely. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Christine Bonis: Alfredo, his son and their team at Porto Portes et Fenêtres have completed several of my projects, including-the change of 40 year old windows for fiberglass flaps and sash at my request, in 2018-a replacement patio door window of which we did not know the brand/nor the manufacturer but, thanks to Alfredo's expertise, we were able to evaluate and find the manufacturer in order to redo the wood moldings and the type of thermos original in 2020 and in February 2023 a change of door and window on a house in a neighborhood with architectural standards: I had sound advice for the choice of the half-moon window above the door, the choice of the 3-point lock type on an oversized door as well as the cane type door handle instead of a button in order to facilitate the opening of the oversized door in cold weather. In all cases, the installation was careful and the service polite and as fast as possible given the deadlines imposed by the manufacturers. I have no reservations in recommending their services and products. THANKS!

The last time was 4 years ago to complete the last 2 windows.All in all the windows are good quality and I’ve been saving on energy bills.Now about a month ago I accidentally broke a window screen, it detached from the frame. I called a few places around and it was around 40-50$. Then I said to myself I’ll try to get it at DV Aluminum, I called and they remembered me and they said they will do it gladly at no charge. John Bombakos: Absolute highest quality of doors and windows. We built our house and we did not want to compromise with low quality PVC windows and opted for aluminum windows and doors. This allowed us to get large frames windows a 18 foot patio door and a 9 x 9 foot main entrance door.

The windows are spectacular and well priced. Costa is gruff but honest and delivered everything just as he said. Only company that sells awesome accordion sliding screens too.

David: Adurra offers very good quality products. The aluminum frames have very effective thermal breaks, ideal for the cold winters of Quebec. Production is fast and precise, the installation of the windows was done cleanly. An adjustment had to be made a few months after installation. An installer team came quickly to make the correction, at no additional cost. Excellent work!
