The service was nothing short of impeccable, with each staff member exhibiting a keen attention to detail that set the stage for a perfect dinner. Our waiter, notably knowledgeable about the wine selections, expertly paired the perfect wine- enhancing the evening's culinary journey. Chef Donnel English is a master. His creations were simply out of this world, each dish a testament to refined skill and creativity. The gourmet gnocchi, hands down, ranks among the top three in the world that I have tried. pillowy, perfectly seasoned, and just sublime. This dining experience was a flawless blend of sophisticated flavors and exceptional service, truly a night to remember. Michel Condoroussis: A great place to grab a drink, they have a nice selection of cocktails. I had a Fuego Fresco which was spicy and really good, followed by the Margarita Lime Kafir which was also great. You can pair that with some snacks or even a full meal as they do have a full restaurant. The food was good, the fries were excellent and the Karaage chicken served in little bite sized balls was very good, although I thought the sauce was a little too sweet. The service is fast and friendly and you can actually hear yourselves speak, which is a major plus compared to many other bars. It got a little louder as the time passed but still quite good.

Milan Nayee: Amazing food, service and ambiance.We had the snails followed by the lamb chops and mushroom risotto. Everything was delicious. Creme brûlée for dessert was also amazing.Cocktails were great, mirage was delicious - only critique would be that they could offer more wines by the glass. But the ones offered were enough to pair with the meal.

Fern Clair: Really lovely place, terrace vibes were incredible, service was great, best aperol spritz I've ever had. The burger was pretty good, but for 30 dollars it had the worst fries I've ever had. To call them fries is almost a crime as they are more potatoe wedges. Badly seasoned, kinda raw inside, and absolutely unnecessarily large.
Carl B.: Great discovery on the roof of the Place d'Armes hotel. Beautiful, good-sized terrace. There were 6 of us on a late Saturday afternoon, and there was not an intense crowd. Very beautiful view of the city and surrounding areas.I found the choice of cocktails rather limited, but they were very good.The only thing to perhaps mention and teach the waiters; When a wasp lands in a coffee or beverage and drowns, do not offer the customer the option of recovery. The drink needs to be changed. 😉Otherwise, we all loved our experience, and I will definitely return!

Franck Cellier: Cozy little speak easy.No menu, all drinks are made function of your taste.Service is excellent, waiters are extremely friendly.Quite on the high end pricewise, but worth it from time to time.The custom made cocktail makes you feel special which is really appreciated.

Kayla Seider: and the drinks were truly the best I've ever had. There is no menu so the bartenders make your drinks after talking with you a bit and learning about you and every drink we had was absolutely spot on. We loved this bar so much, we came back after dinner and stayed until close. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back next time we're in Montreal.

So why only 4 stars?When we arrived at about 10.45, we asked if we could have coffee, and the waiter hesitated before saying yes and then giving us a lunch menu each. It was only when we looked at other tables we saw that they had a smaller menu. So we asked what they were, and we were told they were breakfast menus. We then asked if breakfast was still available and were told "yes".So, we ordered from the smaller menu and had a lovely breakfast
Eddy Lin: Shoutout to Pascal, probably the best server we had in this trip. Gave us lots of time, no pressure 😉 asked us for our food preference, patiently listing the tea selection. Always had the customer experience in mind. Food was good, just look at how the eggs were done. Kitchen was faster than the drinks bar for some reason, but overall, glad we visited this restaurant

PATRICK GRENIER: If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place. They prepare the salad and the crepes in front of you. The food is phenomenal and the wine cellar very impressive. Katherine Parker: Danny and Matthew were exceptional - they exceeded every expectation we had in regards to service. Rib N Reef doesn’t offer a fresh squeezed margarita, I asked Matthew for one and he made it happen. It was delicious and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Danny had a great intuition for service making you feel like you were the only ones in the restaurant. I would highly recommend asking for them during your next visit. Service like this is VERY HARD to come by so when you do experience this type of service it is memorable
Lex DT: Very laidback steak house, good service, good consistent food. I’ve been going there for 15 years. The drinks are also really good drink and they have a good wine list.Why not fully 5 stars ? The valet parking… the restaurant is literally in a parking lot, just drop it or make them less agressive. I don’t like people parking my cars and it’s less convenient for me when I come with my kids. Every time it’s a story of telling them I don’t want valet … I’m already in the parking I can get between 2 lines.

Jeremie A: The place is magical , loved everything in it , except the food lol.Chicken was so dry and tiny that I couldn't find something to eat in it.The server was nuce and courteous, friendly staff..Loved the experience but I would pay the this amount again when there is other option with better food quality.
Lily Greener: We had a wonderful experience here. We stopped in when our reservation down the street was canceled. We were a little frazzled as we are traveling with our 6mo son, and finding restaurants where we can comfortably dine with him and keep him out of the way can be difficult. They were so welcoming and immediately accommodated us. There were no 2 tops available so they sat us at the 10 person banquet table. We had a good laugh and were able to keep our stroller out of the way and have plenty of room to feed him and get him to sleep. There were several other families there which was a welcome sight. The food was unique and delicious. The servers were all friendly and warm. Plus the venue itself is so cool! Makes you feel like you’re in Game of Thrones.
