Alexa Infelise: I've lived at Pavillon Hutchison for a little over a year now and it's generally been a positive experience. The site manager, Charlie, has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire time I've lived there and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He makes an effort to get to know all the residents and everyone I've met who lives in the building is very fond of him as well. All maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly by him, which I really appreciate. He truly has the best interests of the residents in mind and I am so appreciative of everything he does for the building and its residents! He is a standout among CLV management - unfortunately, not all my experiences with the rest of the management company have been as positive. If not for those negative experiences, this review would be 5 stars for sure. Thank you Charlie!

Desmond, who’s takes care of the building has a great attitude and is always willing to help as well. Great building with good management!Some notes:- Room insulation isn’t the best, I had to insulate the windows further myself- Walls between rooms are quite thin- Gym missing equipment shown in photos. There are just treadmills in there.

I would like to bring to your attention to a cashier called Rita who is working for you at Place Vertu and is most of the time at the cash at the centers entrance facing Adonis. Her Name is Rita she is one of the best workers I have ever seen or had the pleasure of being served by her. She has a constant smile on her face , she helps people all the time even when people do not ask for help. Last week I was trying to activate my new card from Canadian tire. I was on the phone for 3 days waiting for more than 30 mints every time and I could not. When I went shopping on Thursday and told Rita this she quickly got on the phone to customers service and within minuets I was able to activate my card and paid for my shopping with it. Rita is always ready to help. she knows where to find things and if she can not give you an answer she will call the department and find out anything you want or need. She is efficient quick, helpful, always ready to help, has a great personality and is the only one that does her job as a profetional ,aware of everyone who goes in and out of the store. She is excellent at her work and should be promoted as a manager or her wages should be increased. The owner of Canadian tire should be proud to have such a person working for them. saker saker: Hello.. I studied at Carré Saint Laurent. It was the most beautiful days in which we learned the French language. The staff were the most wonderful that can be described. They were very kind and cooperative, and thanks to them we learned the French language. We have a proverb that says, “Whoever teaches me a letter will make me a slave,” and when you hear the teacher’s name, you must stand in reverence and respect for him. Thank you to all the staff. Breakfast is simple but effective. The bedding is impeccable and the bed is comfortable and it is clean. There are always people at reception, they are adorable. On foot there are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area

Martinez: We liked our stay, it's sure it's not meant to be romantic but if you spend a few days in Montreal it's a good hotel to go to, the service, we left for 1 day to do things in the city and on return our bed was made, we were impressed, it's super well located a few minutes walk from the Berry-UQAM station and close to the bus station, otherwise there are late nights close to less than 5 minutes walk, very good place!

Jim Sammons: Stayed here in April and had a great time. The hotel is in a great location - very close to shopping and food. Loved the restaurant on site - the breakfast was fantastic. We had a Loft Suite room, which was large and fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.Walkability: Easy to walk to everything in downtown Montreal.
Dawn Kirchner: First things first, Montreal is an incredible city. My stay is never long enough. The Renaissance downtown hotel is equally incredible. Beautiful decor, great location, clean, and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant are exceptional. So friendly, helpful & accommodating. The food is great, too. I only had breakfast at the hotel but the latte and classic pancakes were delicious! Can’t wait to visit Montreal again and I’ll definitely be staying at the Renaissance.

Please note, you absolutely must go to the Bivouac restaurant which is located on the same floor as the hotel reception.Rooms: My room was very practical. I had a bed, of course, a desk and a couch. Very practical for a professional trip.

I would like to give a special thanks to the security guard Ahmed who was on the morning of April 19, 2024 for his professionalism and excellent service. They have a full equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all utensils like dishes, cups, glasses, etc.The mattress is extremely confortable.The hotel includes a decent all you can eat breakfast where there's always eggs and some type of sausage, bagels, coffee, milk, oats, yogurts, apples, bananas and oranges. Service is super nice! Specially Felix the CubanThe bad : The bathrooms are not good. The toilets don't have enough flushing power. Perhaps this way they save more water or something but they don't work well.The room service uses the same pair of gloves to take the dirty towels, clean the toilet and sink, put new towels, do the bed and take the dishes out of the dishwasher into the cupboards. I mean you were just cleaning the toilet!The elevators are not enough to serve all hotel floors. Wait time can be 10 minutes easyThe ugly : In front of the hotel there's an active construction going on. They are very noisy and the view is really ugly unless you are on a very high floor or on a room not facing the construction
Essa Rachel: Clean hotel in a great location! Everyone in the reviews says the elevators were super small which wasnt a big issue for us, however they were pretty slow and one of the 3 was out for repairs so the other two were busier. Not a big deal, but I would say they were pretty normal sized elevators, only a bit on the small size.Showers were hot and good water pressure. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was a decent size and would have been nice if we were staying longer.The front desk staff were great, and I enjoyed the included breakfast as well as the gym. Lots of dining options close by, as well as only a 5 min walk to the Peel stairs up to Mont Royal.

Mike Shank: was an excellent host at check in and helpful throughout my stay. It was extremely convenient for my downtown business, an easy walking distance for great shopping and dining. The room was excellent. I felt like I was on vacation not working away from home. I saw a number of families and kids checking in on several days but I never heard a sound from my room. Does a nice free breakfast everyday on the mezzanine level. The shower in the king suite is fabulous - great water pressure and I really like the bath amenities. To be this felt much more like a luxury brand upscale property especially the room and service. Highly Recommended!!!Rooms: The King Suite upgrade is fantastic! Full kitchen, sleeper sofa and closet, two person dining table, desk, bedroom with king size bed, closet, chair, bathroom.

KaptainCanada KaptainCanada: I was actually there for all day long professional courses for maintenance of licensing but the foyer entrance was very nicely set up and everything was well finished and the walk-through down to the various conference rooms was well done. Zero complaints. Plus they had handicap parking right near the front door which helped me a lot. Not much of an experience other than going to the washroom and that too was in mint, Perfect condition..
