Soraya Imen Hafsi: I attended Diva day for women's day last weekend and what a magical day that was. My heart is still filled with so much love and gratitude. All 4 dance classes were a blast and the instructors pushed us out of our comfort zone all while teaching us how to have confidence in ourselves and self love.Thank you Sonia for organizing this beautiful event!Soraya

Julie Rivest: great welcome, warm team, well maintained and decorated. Professor Sarah Poirier is just too endearing and competent. She reminds me of myself, but better, a young dance professional. Very spiritual, and relaxed, as a transmission, but effective without common sense! I feel good at this studio; I would love to work there!

Sergio Escobar: I started in October 2023 and I already learned so much salsa and bachata!Great teachers specially Morris.Highly recommended !

Leo Ciampini: Great teachers good energy in classes. I enjoy such a beautiful business.

Christina Gancz: Absolutely love this dance school. I started in July and already learned so much salsa, bachata, and styling! Sonya and Morris make the school feel like home, and the community is like family.

joshua vassell: I took one class with Paola, she's is an amazing teacher that is super friendly and creates a great environment that super fun.The facilities could use a little work which can be seen here and there but overall it's a great experience I would recommend.

JULIE LARIVIÈRE: Newly settled in Montreal, I was looking for a Salsa and EURÉKA dance school! What a great experience! I love my private lessons. I had the privilege of following some of them with Katia, a true professional who is as friendly as she is accomplished, and now I am continuing with Nicolas and improving my techniques while having fun. It’s super good!! And what can we say about Ashley, the super nice receptionist!!! I only have good words for the San Tropez dance school ♥

Hopncircle Sissifri: . They are at the origin of several international dance festivals in Montreal, are very active in the Latin dance community and the training of teachers or artists for 30 years. In short, an institution worthy of the name! Bravo San Tropez you are TOP!❤ to the family

Lionel NEBOT JANVIER: Amazing teachers and energy! 100% recommend! I starred over a year ago. The classes have a reasonable number or students, which gives you the opportunity to get to know everyone and build connections!Shout out to the instructors that are always there to transfer their passion and knowledge!Very happy to have found that school!

Anthony Tucan: Great school! Great teachers, good vibe but most importantly good schedule. Depending on your level you can attend 2 to 3 times a week. All in all best school I've attended

Adina Pop: I've been a student at San Tropez for over a year now and I can confidently say that this is one of the best places where you can truly evolve as a dancer. The instructors are highly experienced and passionate about their work and will do their best to always support you.I went from being a complete beginner to now an amateur performer with a choreo group under the supervision of Sonia and Moris. The community is extremely welcoming and you get to continuously evolve and make friends through social events and festivals.

Jason Handrew: . Definitely going back there for another lesson and hopefully Mr.Nicolas will be treated properly. SALSA !!

GL Francesco: I've been going to Bachata Nights Montreal on Tuesdays and it's always a blast! For just $15, you get an evening filled with fun, great music, and a lively crowd. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's a fantastic way to break up the week with some dancing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to add some rhythm to their routine!

Jessica H.: Best social for bachata in montreal

Xuan Seare: The bachata night club is always great to dance bachata!workshop are really good and music are very nice too

Abdellatif Ali adoum: It is awful

Johanna Santune: is a good choice. Small bar available, however, no illegal consumption accepted. And if you try, security

Veloz mtl: Great place to dance!

Michelle Laurin: and many of our best dancers. A staple for years. Every Tuesday, from 9 to 0:30. 4-5 bachatas in a row followed with one salsa and one Kizomba so you can either practice other styles or take a break ;

C C: Great place, inclusive from the organizer. The only weakness is the segragation among the dancers at the social. Maybe some animation, at least a part of the evening, might help to have people mingle. For example, telling things like : '' Ok, every man invites some one they have NEVER danced with before '' or '' Ok now every girl invites someone they have never danced with before ''. Animations like that have the potential of making it more welcoming for everybody.

Go. H: , there's shows around 10:30pm, Dj plays the musics in order of 4 bachata songs then 1 salsa, then 1 Kizomba.

Jonathan Mendoza: For my first time in Montreal it was my best dance experience. Great vibes, Awesome Bachata and Salsa dancers. This place will not disappoint. Your guarantee to have a great time here.

Fred Kazarian: Love this place the music and the people! Recommend it highly

Kyle Smile: The space is truly magnificent and all the teachers know how to make us feel comfortable and let ourselves go! Perfect for all levels and all types of people! It’s truly a safe space without judgment, so I absolutely recommend it!

danae ballerini: The studio is magnificent, the teachers are great, the classes are great!Everything is perfect for progress 3

Maxime Dupuis: Chair dance was such a fun experience, La Vy made me feel amazing with her choreography. Also, bring your knee pads! It's so much fun to just land and slip on the floor with them plus it's painless.

Julie Rivest: omg omg omg!!!!!! Aerial Hammack Janika. The existence of this rigorous Tinkerbell is because I dreamed it when I was at the end of my athletic bonus; about twenty years ago. The receptionist doesn't know it, but that's my new BFF. Bright clean, excellent equipment. Washable hand towel and water provided. I think I came across a class of young people in professional training, only beginners in the evening. The team is ready. No, but I, GEN X, wondered when the apocalyptic atmosphere of globalization would calm down and return to customer service as before. I am moved by it. I'm going to give them my CV, but it's clear that I'm a light client. Bravo but just bravo!

Amanda Chen: 100% recommend this studio!

Ju Roco: :

Pamela Demian: I cannot explain how grateful i am to have found such an amazing dance school! The variety of classes is amazing and all classes are amazing to a point you want to do them all and that pushes you to learn and practice new stuff each and every day!All teachers are very proffessional talented and helpful and u can feel and see their passion for their classesThe app is very organized and it s so easy to book and organize your schedule !!Mpds team is very friendly helpful and reply to all emails very quickly if you need anythingTheir strengthening and conditioning classes are the best!!especially with sonja sloane . She makes you work every muscle in your body and let you build strength and engage your smallest muscles in every single move.I never saw a school combining everything a dancer needs.I simply love it! Plus its location is the best !

Francois Luu: quickly won my heart and loyalty.MPDS is conveniently located in the Old Port, just a 5-minute walk from Place D’Armes metro station, making it incredibly accessible by public transit. The moment you step into the studio, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming reception staff. The atmosphere exudes a sense of royalty, richness, and abundance. The studio is impressively clean, exuding a classy and minimalist vibe. It boasts two floors: the first floor houses the pole studio, and my favorite part - the poles are a dazzling gold. The second floor is dedicated to aerial yoga, hoops, and flexibility training. The class schedule is diverse, accommodating early birds and night owls, with classes running from 7 AM to 9:30 PM, seven days a week. However, it's worth noting that, after a few months of attending MPDS, evenings and weekends tend to fill up quickly. Be sure to reserve your spot online in advance!MPDS offers a range of pricing and package options to suit everyone's needs. Whether you're looking to dip your toes into a few classes or commit to a regular practice, there's a plan tailored just for you.Last but certainly not least, the teachers at MPDS are the heart and soul of the studio, making me eager to return every day. They are not only highly skilled but also open-minded, patient, and incredibly talented. Their genuine commitment to your success and learning journey shines through their teaching and interactions with you. I'd like to give a special shoutout to the teachers who have had the immense privilege of learning from

Crow Training Center Montreal: what do users think?

V J: Easily the best atmosphere you can ask for. The BJJ is solid, old-school with the gi, new-school nogi, with intense wrestling on Saturdays. The gym is clean AF, we're talking cleaned mats and walls between classes, people bringing a change of clothes when doing multiple classes, showers and even deodorant for everyone who needs it.Coach David has created a small place with everything you need, great instruction, endless potential and a positive, yet organized and disciplined place. It' for fighters, hobbyists and martial art enthusiasts. I cannot say enough great things about this gym.

Jonathan Chartier: . This gym is everything you could ever need. Whether you are training to be a fighter or just need to stay in shape in a positive environment. This is the place.Coaches Thomas and David are so knowledgeable and excellent teachers. Whether you want to box, wrestle, do bjj or muay thai/kickboxing, you will get nothing but the best advice and training. There are no egos here, no cliques, no egos. The prices are unbeatable and you get to train with amazing people. You will always feel welcome.Signing up to this gym was easily one of the best decisions I ever made and I consider it such a privilege to be able to learn from such amazing teachers.Oss!

Abhijot Singh: This is what i call a place of true peace ☮️ best gym i have ever trained in, all the coaches are very respectful, understanding, experienced and skilled. I have learned so much through their lessons their hard work and dedication towards the training is unbeatable. Coach david and coach thomas oss🙏🏾☮️🔥

Sergey S: Amazing place. Really friendly staff and not to mention being trained by the a Canadian MMA legend. David Loiseau. And he is there every day, always smiling and joking around with us.Thomas is just a phenomenal trainer as well, he knows how to make a class fun and intensive.

mike pettipas: Number 1 martial arts gym in Montreal

Olga Rozin: At first I was really nervous because I have zero background in martial arts. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone a little and try something different but I wasn't too sure what to expect. I signed up for the Jujitsu class and ended up loving it! It's fun and a great workout too. I also have to say that I was wondering how it would go cause there are generally more men in these classes and I'm obviously not that strong, but David always finds ways to accomodate me and make it work. So if you're a woman and you're wondering if you should try this don't hesitate, I'm glad I did. Def recommend!

Alex: Best gym in town by far, Been boxing here for years

Ally Ishimwe: Positive:Communication,QualityThere is no AC in the summer so it gets really hot in there. The trainer for Muay Thai is really helpful and great but the leadership failed to create a community. So it’s a pretty cold, detached and impersonal experience. Crow was one of the cleanest gyms I've seen.On top of it, it was renovated at the beginning of 2022.Everything looks brand new!!!

John Timothy Rosales: Friendly, community vibe and the instructors are super hands-on with leading each class. Very reasonable prices for the offering. It's a great gym for most levels of training. Looking to get in shape? This is a great place to start. Want to improve your ground or standing game? There's lots of options for that, as well. Happy that this gym is in my neighbourhood.

École supérieure de ballet du Québec: what do users think?

Monica Kobayashi: My favorite ballet school! Excellent teachers, pianists and infrastructure. I really love my ballet classes ❤ now the school also offers online classes and new courses. There are some options to pay per classes or the semester. The best ballet school in Montréal

Sabrina Ilmi: Excellent school to start ballet again as an adult. My teacher Manon Forget takes care of our bodies and pushes us just enough! It's also very nice to be accompanied by a pianist. Also, the school is very accommodating and response times are quick.

Sandra Olivia Segura: Very good school my daughter loves the classes

Momenjian Madina: Everything seems ok, professional, there is a pianist in each class, etc. However, the only downside is for parents there is no waiting room compared to other schools which are warmer with a room, especially for the winter I'm thinking how I'm going to make them stay outside in the cold...
