I ended up choosing a Steelcase Leap v2 but only after spending over an hour trying out all the different chairs.

Gabrielle Généreux: There is a nice selection of items, the prices are fair. I am removing one star because the protocol in the fitting rooms is deficient. We ask to bring 5 items at a time into the cabin, so we leave the rest with the employee. The employee puts the clothes in the same rack of clothes that have been tried on and left, so other customers leave with our items, and other employees come to collect them and put them back on the floor. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake, but it happened twice during my visit.

Patricia Vandecruys: I just had to write a review: I had Glen do a hall closet, pantry and lower cabinet organizers: sliding shelves etc..OVER 19 YEARS LATER,, well they are still flawless. However I write this review because a renovation of the entrance floor last week had us lose a bracket in the demolition so a ran around looking for a replacement bracket. Amazon had them in large packages, quite expensive.I called Glen to purchase just one and he said to just come by and he actually GAVE ME a replacement bracket! How is that for after service guarantee!! Almost 20 years!! Very thankful.Service:Custom furniture
