They made the extra effort to package and brace the machine so that it would not be damaged in shipment and configured the machine with a transformer for home use on 110 volt. It arrived in good condition and was quickly put into service. If you are looking to advance to an industrial machine buy from these guys. They will treat you right.

Though it looks inconspicuous from the outside.Just visiting and walking around the huge space was interesting and educational. I purchased an old Consew walking foot from these guys and in a very long time my expectation have not been exceeded by so far, they serviced the machine so well before leaving the warehouse that it now looks and runs as if it were new. Pretty impressive for a two decade old machine.The father, Son team Ernest and Joseph are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and their service staff are that rare breed of machine repair geeks. You name a machine, they can just about tell you the needle timing position down to a fraction.Very pleased to have found this place, would highly recommend for both machines and servicing.

Marie-Luce Meillerand: Incredible service! I went to the store to buy a machine because mine was broken. They advised me not to buy a new/reconditioned one but to have mine repaired which is at least 30 years old. Michel repaired the problem, and changed the exposed plug wire, all for a much lower cost than a new machine. He called me to validate the repairs and super valuable service in addition to the rest, he came to return the sewing machine to me when he had finished the repairs. We chatted about sewing and stories of Montreal seamstresses. Truly a magnificent encounter. Thank you again for this great service. My machine is off to a new life!

Kyle Newton: I brought in a very basic Janome machine that had quite a few small misalignments. Gregory tuned it for a few hours in the same day I called and the difference now is huge.
