I walked into the store 3 weeks ago and had not filled out any claim forms before bringing the jacket in. I was in a hurry and the team at the Montreal store did everything for me. I expected the repair to be completed in October. August 18th…..UPS was at my door with the repaired jacket. Thank you Burton and a special thank you to the Montreal store team. They adjusted my bike to my size so that I was comfortable on it... and not only by adjusting the seat, they also changed the handlebar stem so that the ergonomics of the bike were adapted for my comfort. I bought a few accessories and everything was installed so my bike was ready to ride. I also appreciate the warranty that comes with the purchase of the bike in terms of its maintenance. Placed the order Weds night and got the email. Thurs @noon got an email it started shipping and with a tracking number. Thank you Oberson for a great online shopping experience. To finish the story, Canada Post delivered Fri and I got to test em on Sat!
