Eoin Dowling: Having had the displeasure of dealing with other sleep clinics in Montreal - I was delighted to find Centre du Sommeil a refreshing change.The standard of service - particularly the follow up calls - was second to none. For example, staff would call and suggest if I needed higher air pressure based on the sleep data - and the changes made a big difference.I dealt with all members of staff from top to bottom and all of them showed the same eagerness to help me find the equipment and methods that would fit me best. This is key because the right mask will make or break your treatment. I was able to try every mask under the sun before buying.A lot of sleep clinics in Montreal feel like a bit of a scam. The emphasis is on separating you from your money as quickly as possible with as little interaction as possible. This was the opposite - and best of all it was listed as an approved supplier by my health insurance and so most costs were covered.Getting an appointment was no trouble either - give them a call - you won't regret it!

This was my first experience with the sleep apnea test, which led to my first use of a CPAP machine, which in itself was scary for me.And there you have it, my only regret is not having consulted the Montreal Sleep Center sooner. Honestly, if you think you have a sleep apnea disorder, don't hesitate to make an appointment before experiencing any consequences on your health.The procedure is simple and covered by many insurers. The employees of this clinic take the time to answer all our questions, and guide us with the greatest simplicity.Each clinic offers different models of CPAP machines and masks. I don't know the others, however I can tell you that the device and the mask provided by the Sleep Center gave me a wonderful night from the first use, which was not the case for some people in my family. entourage who have done business with other clinics.I highly recommend this clinic and even dare to tell you not to go elsewhere. Finding a clinic, private or public, that takes good care of its clients remains a rarity that deserves to be mentioned.

Dany Cloutier: I was skeptical at first with the idea of using a CPAP machine. Once I met with the team and they took the time to explain the CPAP and my apnea test results I became more comfortable with the idea of this treatment. The staff is great, even through the pandemic the service has been excellent, they are very knowledgeable and empathetic to apnea patients. Cailey took the time to help me find the right mask for me. There are many masks to choose from, however the team is really good at figuring out what type of mask will work best for each person by asking the right questions. I've referred one of my friends to this clinic to get their sleep test done and they've also started their treatment and equally happy on the service.

cédric giguère: Fast and courteous service. I had an examination of my sleep in the summer of 2022. It was a very comprehensive, high quality examination. The Technician took more than an hour to prepare me for the study of my sleep!!!
Juliana MH: makes me realize that people will only leave reviews if they are very satisfied or very dissatisfied. The thing with anything brain-related is that you, the patient, need to be completely open and transparent about what is bothering you so that you can get proper treatment that works. You also need to go in there with the mindset that you’re there to get well. If you don’t put the effort into taking care of yourself, of course your treatment won’t work because failure is a self-fulfilling prophecy. My treatments didn’t come with no side effects, but side effects for any type of infusion or medication should be expected. I was very open about how I was feeling when the nurses called me the day after my treatment, and I think my honesty helped achieve better results. There were a couple treatments that I was interested in but didn’t qualify for, and they explained why, which was appreciated. The environment was definitely designed to make the patient feel safe and comfortable, which is definitely a good thing seeing as some treatments can be very scary

My machine was part of a recall by the manufacturer which is outside the control of the clinic. Ruby made sure my machine was replaced free of charge with a lesson on how to use it properly. This was done so thoroughly and graciously. My new machine is excellent and at the same time I had the mask replaced .This latest version is even more ergonomic and comfortable. It is an absolute pleasure to work with this level of professionalism and I have no hesitation to recommend their services.As a veteran health worker of almost 30 years .I feel compelled to share my outstanding experience with Clinique Sommeil Santé .This was my first annual follow up appointment. Ruby, who had taught me how to use the my '''dream station "' machine when I made my first purchase at the clinic , verified my equipment and replaced any of the necessary parts etc. Most importantly, Ruby. listened attentively and answered all my questions . Ruby is the consummate professional and shares her wealth of information both graciously and generously.Because of this excellent guidance not only on this day but through the year as I had different concerns or questions including answering my e-mails weekends etc gratis as part of her service- my sleep patterns have improved dramatically. julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much
