Roch Lavoie: are certainly the best. The dough is actually laminated, the way you’d expect a croissant to be. So many gluten free bakeries have let me down on that front but this is not one of them!You can buy them fresh or frozen. They store well in the freezer for up to a few months and are easy to reheat. Pictures attached are the pain chocolats reheated in the oven with an egg wash.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Best spot in Montreal to get gluten free pastries, everything here is gluten free.

Sarene Jamaluddin: , danish and apple turnover, blueberry tart, all of which were amazing and the gluten eaters said they couldn't tell the difference. Portions were also large which is unusual in gluten free life. Even the coffee was great. My husband carried around a sandwich for later and it was pretty good but a little crumbly, possibly from being carried around all morning.Also if you come at the right time you can see them rolling out the pastry which is pretty cool!The only downside which I think is important to note is that the place is CASH ONLY.Kid-friendliness: Nothing really special for kids, no room for a high chair or anything, but my son loved his danish and made a huge mess and they let us use the washroom to wash up, and all the workers were very kind and happy to see him. He said he loves them place afterwards

Anjali: The staff is always so sweet and accommodating! I have celiac so this place is perfect for me! The pastries, cookies, etc average around 5 CAD each but obviously it is dependent on whatever you get! Love them though like seriously having gluten free pastries that genuinely yummy makes my heart so happy, I always make my way here for my sweet fix !I really like the carrot cake, carré aux bleuets, and the carré that had chocolate + coconut!!

Strawberry ! My guests didn't like the texture of the cupcakes overall, but really liked the strawberry one, while the caramel one seemed too sweet.The cupcakes were served in a beautiful sturdy, fully recyclable box, with a stand for each cupcake which was great for transport.The second time, I chose the tartlets and had them delivered. Delivery arrived on time.Same box, but the supports don't work for the tartlets, so they moved around a bit in the box which wasn't great for transporting them.The tartlets were all a huge success with everyone, vegan or not, allergic to gluten or not, so much so that I was asked to bring some back for future family reunions!!! In 20 years as a professional chef, this is one best bakeries of any kind I’ve been to, let alone gluten free. You could bring any gluten-loving French person here and they would love anything they tried. Plenty of dairy free and vegan options as well.

Before I found out I was gluten I loved having croissants for breakfast and then when I found out I was gluten intolerant I tried many different kinds of GF croissants but nothing beats the croissants at Le Marquis Signature santé The service was also incredible. The man serving us was so kind and helped my husband bring up our stroller up and down the steps and showed us that we could also purchase a bag of frozen GF croissants to bring back home. First and foremost, the fresh produce quality and the general product quality is far superior to any other grocery stores I have frequented in Montréal. Deva and Jeff have high standards and do not compromise when it comes to produce for their store and customers. Always greeted with a smile and very personable service. They seem to all work very hard in keeping the caliber of product/service at its best. I have consistently found their produce to be always fresh and in the rare, rare event unbeknownst to them something isn't quite right they are happy to accommodate you- no questions asked. Kelly Parkinson: Amazing little store in the heart of the West Island, very close to the 40 so easy to get to from the city or off island .Friendly staff always there greeting you with a smile!!Corine is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable♡I have ordered quite a bit from them, I'd have to say my favorites are the chili 😋 , loads of flavor and the meat loaf , super tender not dry at all .Their bagels are also a great little snack for a quick "pick me up" .I would definitely recommend any keto lovers out there to drive by and take a visit, or anyone new trying to figure out what to eat!Very convenient for me !

The owner is friendly, answers all questions, and is always reliable.Making my way through the entire menu, and everything is delicious and fresh!
