Despite the comments of certain customers which leave something to be desired, these are cruel observations which are only made to demean the saleswoman who was exceptional towards me. I bought my dress and my friends loved it and even took the information for next time. Moreover, they who allow themselves to say that she is racist. This is in no way true. I come from a region and a religion that is often criticized and racialized and the latter was understanding regarding the languidness of the dresses that I wanted. Also, I noticed those who claimed that her yelling is just her way of expressing herself and if something bothers you, don't hesitate to inform her instead of smiling at her and criticizing her later.

When you first walk in, you will notice that there is something very different about this store: the dress are unique and elegant, they were designed by many designers too. Prices were reasonable and acceptable. The lady who helped me was really kind and patient: I tried on few dresses, and she was helping and giving me advices all the time! Everyone there was so nice towards their costumers, strongly suggest to buy dresses from there!

The cut was noticeable, on the outside shoulder of the arm, so it was not something I could repair easily.I contacted Tres Chic to ask if they could help in any way. They agreed to bring the jacket to their own seamstress, to have it repaired professionally.They were so particular about the results, they didn’t settle for the first attempt. They ended up creating a very cool patch to conceal it, and to make it look like an intentional design. IMO, I think it looks better than B4 the dreadful cut!!!!Their customer service was top notch; I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I should also mention, this jacket was on sale

After my first visit at the store and finding my dress, I was nervous to put a deposit down due to my first bad experience and they understood me and allowed me to go sleep on it without losing the price they were giving me to get it the day of, Sarah gave me her private phone # for emotional support too.
