I placed an order based on my typical Jean size, then immediately realized that the they were going to be too small based on the sizing guide. I called and they canceled the order, no problem. The guy I talked to was super nice. I placed a new order and it arrived before the "expected" date, but it didn't actually ship for like 3 business days. Awesome that it arrived before the date that they gave me. But frustrating that it didn't ship quickly and could possibly have been here 3 days sooner. Finally, I did not have a return, BUT I did have buyer's anxiety when reading their return policy. It all adds up to 4 out 5 stars.I'd give 10 stars, if possible, for my new Naked & Famous jeans. I've been wearing raw denim for about a decade now and have owned 4 different pairs from 2 manufacturers. These are by far the best quality and I love the Super Guy fit. I had them hemmed locally for $20 so that I could try them on first.All told, if you're on the fence, go for it.
