He made the process so much easier as well as gave me something information about the new collection. MELISSA FINIFFTER: Great quality and service. I ordered a Caira ski jacket and ski pant online and they arrived in just a couple of days, The jacket is a dream and the quality is top notch. It is just as nice and well made as any Goldbergh or Bogner high end ski jacket but less expensive. It is so warm that even skiing in minus 35 I am toasty warm. The pant was too long so I returned it completely hassle free with a prompt refund. Just ordered a 2nd jacket yesterday and it is out for delivery today. Great customer experience and I will definitely buy again.

It was so refreshing to enter that store for many reasons: the service was beyond good, the store was so clean, the clothes nicely steamed and clean, very clean fitting rooms, and the team was so friendly, and gave great feedback. I went in the fitting room with only one dress and then realized I wanted to try more. The employee gave me a personnalized service and help me choose what would look good on my body type. With all the cheap/fast fashion that we see today, it is a breath of fresh air to see staff and a brand that seams to really care about the client experience. I will be coming back! BRAVO !!!

I bought three dresses and Valentina gave me a discount on the third dress which was sweet. The dresses don’t have labels or washing instructions, which isn’t an issue, but some threads are loose or fraying. This is very minor, though. I find I just have to be a little more careful when taking care of them. I would visit again to see the clothes, the people, and the lovely spot in Old Port!

Yannick Khong: Best trick to reach a 5 star experience there: Book your appointment online and show up at the opening hours.We've been under the great care of Joseph and his team to select our fancy 2k$ parka. There's even a cold room where people can test the insulation of their future purchases.Inventory seems low despite the lavish priced but at least they have access to the entire Canadian inventory.From the first step to the last, it was a pleasant experience similar to a great apple-store.What would be left to improve would be sellers walking around with ipads or payphones to help check inventory and make purchases better than going to the cashier.

Michele Santarelli: I am disappointed with this wallet I purchased a few years ago. The leather is damaged and the seams are falling apart. Burberry customer service is not that great, they don't want to do anything about it because its not a recent purchase. It's a luxury brand and not a wallet that was used everyday
