M Spann: I ordered a pair of Prague boots online. I really like this pair since they are comfortable and warm with high quality. However, the calf circumstance was too large for me because I have very small calves. Sadly, I need to return them. Even though the boots did not work well for me, I was so impressed with the excellent customer service. Claudia was so helpful to answer all my questions quickly including the process of order, shipment and products information, and gave me the detailed information for the returning process. I am going to look for a pair of shorter boots from Anfibio, I don't worry about the calf circumstances of shorter boots. Thanks, Claudia, for all your assistance!
