When they came in as consultants to help a large integrator get ServiceNow configuration right for our organization we experienced. Vicki Vatrano: , Booba who underwent Stenon canal surgery following her KCS disease. With indices a 0 in both eyes, dr. Olivier and his team tried everything: the first intervention was cyclosporine implants. Unfortunately Booba was in the 15% of dogs who did not respond to this treatment. So we later tried to do the 2nd intervention: Stenon canal surgery. I can tell you that it was the best decision of my life AND for my dog AND for me! Booba's eyes don't hurt anymore, he keeps his eyes wide open! He is very happy! Thank you to the entire team at Ophthalmoveterinaire montreal as well as to dr. For the first time, I met veterinarians, Dr. Olivier and Dr. De Maria, as well as their team made up of Louise, Maya, Bianca, Nathalia and another member whose name escapes me, who stand out by their courtesy, their humanity and their unconditional love for animals.They took the time to explain my dog's diagnosis to me in detail, demystifying every aspect of the medical procedure and the risks associated with the surgery.On the day of the operation, Dr. Olivier not only introduced me to each member of his team involved in the procedure, but also took me on a tour of the operating room, showed the equipment and explained exactly where my little shrimp will rest, which reassured me in the idea that the operation would take place in good hands.In addition, despite my little female's usual separation anxiety, she felt so comfortable with this team that as soon as she arrived at the clinic, she rushed into everyone's arms.I sincerely thank you for this unforgettable experience.

My dog can be VERY difficult, and they were able to get everything done with no muzzle and he had a very positive experience. Joy Schlaer: Before our visit to Ophalmo, we were devastated when, in the space of a week, our beloved GSD, Lexi, went blind. Our vet had prescribed eye drops to treat a bad eye infection, but the root cause turned out to be scratches on the cornea of both eyes, which had become infected, clouding her eyes and obscuring her vision. Thankfully, the team at Ophtalmo were able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a course of treatment which should lead to recovery.Subsequent follow-ups led to a diagnosis of Pansus, a genetic eye condition common to German Shepherds, requiring on-going treatment. We have been very pleased with the treatment we've received and feel that are in extremely competent hands. Thank-you, Team Ophtalmo!

julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much
