He has been treating me for my left knee for 2 years and quickly took care of me and gave me very good advice this winter following a skiing accident in the West where I tore my anterior cruciate ligament.He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, passionate, smiling and on time! I would give it 6 stars if I could.In addition, we share the same passions for alpine skiing and water skiing, so he understands my injuries and my desire to remain active as long as possible.The clinic is well located with indoor parking. Very practical when you have reduced mobility in winter. The people are friendly and managing appointments is easy. If only the public system were as efficient...

Jean Lessard: Following an accident with one knee, I had to have an operation, I have already had the same type of operation, the last time it was horror, this time I met Dr. Masri, he took the time to do the exams, he answered my questions, he never made me feel rushed. By his way of being the feeling of confidence was installed, today, a week after my first meeting, it was my surgery, I was already afraid of the pain, I wanted to be put to sleep, I I really don't like needles so I didn't want to see nothing, hear nothing, feel, I met the institute team starting with the base reception, exemplary service, very well received before and after the decision to go in surgery with them, then the nurses, wow they were there for me, the comfort, the kindness, the good care wow, then the anesthetist, explained to me the difference between the different types of possible anesthesia and he explained to me recommended the epidural with a sedative, I was trembling with fear, and I trusted him, wow, nothing felt, no pain it was great, the operating room team were exactly the same as the others, human, professional, they really took the time to treat me with respect and humanism. And the conductor Dr.Masri, wow quite an orthopedist, he has all my trust and respect, I recommend them without hesitation, yes it's private but our system is sick so between waiting in pain for 1 year and a half to see an orthopedist, a call, 1 appointment, a week later I have surgery. If necessary, I would return to the Institute of Specialized Surgery in Montreal.Thanks to the team and Dr. Masri

I got a couple complimentary nights at the holiday inn and a $50 food voucher.I got food delivered to my room. I got all my medications delivered to me.All the nurses were super nice and helpful.

Ju P.: I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the day of my surgery went. I was in and out by 11:30 AM as Dr. Laungani's first patient of the day. The staff were attentive and caring, I was in good hands the entire time. I was prescribed with meds that have helped manage my pain and bowel movement. So far, my healing journey has been great. If you're hesitating on applying for gender affirmation surgery, I highly recommend GrS Montreal.
Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

Dylan Harries: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maud Bélanger as my surgeon for top surgery. The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

We agreed to add an internal bra to keep the implants in place. So far, the results have been impeccable! My breasts are symmetrical, and meet my expectations and what we discussed beforehand. The Dr did a great job, we just removed the dressings and the 2 scars are barely visible, not even any redness. Of course it's only been a week and the implants haven't taken their final place, but so far I'm very happy with the results :

julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much

S.E. McKenzie: Beautiful campus. Great dentistry school. The atmosphere at the moment is not great due to protest and muddy field.
Paul Miiller: Great spectacle! They had two massive teams on either side of the gates waving flags and cheering, never saw anything like it before. Not sure what sport it was for but really gives the impression of a very active school community. A lot to see and I even got a hot dog!
