As a first time homeowner, I had no idea this error is often caused by an accumulation of lint leading to the outside vent over time. Never knew this needed to be cleaned once a year to keep the dryer properly functioning either so I called SOS Dryer for help due to their multiple 5 star reviews. They arrived promptly, were very polite, took the time to explain the situation to me and educate me on best practices to keep my dryer running optimally. They showed me the vent location outside of my home which happened to be 20 feet up on the second floor wall. Kids were asleep for their nap and they took care to be as quiet as possible while clearing lint blockage amounting to a full garbage bag. Job was done within an hour and dryer is now working like new. Quality service, incredibly efficient, quick and competitively priced.
