Veronica Slobodian: My experiences with Design JFL have been up and down. I had 2 recliners to be upholstered and wanted them picked up before some renovations were begun at my place. They obliged me even though they were not able to work on them right away -- I was very grateful. When they returned the recliners, on one chair, they had been unable to re-connect the lever to raise the foot rest manually so I have to physically lift it myself when I am seated -- that was a disappointment. As compensation, when I had a third chair that needed some new buttons attached in the tufted fabric, Lili offered to do the work for free. The result looks very good.
Anne-Marie Lyttle: Lily and her husband did beautiful work creating slip covers for two older William Birch sofas and two arm chairs and ottomans to match. I supplied the fabric. The slip covers are perfect. They also did minor repairs to the feet and adding more down to the pillows to add more bulk. Look brand new! They delivered and picked up the furnittire which was a great help! Would highly recommend!

The preserved both small and large details from the original upholstery and made the piece look better than new. It was worth every penny, and we will definitely return for future reupholstering projects.
