We had visited 3 other veterinary places before coming to Vet et Nous, desperate to find a vet that performed mastocytoma surgery. Not only was she very attentive to our concerns, but she did a complete examination with great care. ❤️Since we were going to be out of town for the weekend and we were worried, she even offered to speak on the phone again the day after the appointment to discuss our cat's condition, in addition to telling us that She would be there on weekends in case of emergency.My cat who had stopped eating started eating again following the appointment, thanks to the veterinarian's advice! I highly recommend the clinic

I have a 21 year old toy poodle that my previous vet had prescribed incorrect medication for based on his age. Dr. Giroud and the other gentleman doctor there figured out what was wrong. Hew was dying, but it is over a year now since they save his life.

Katrina Parker: I am really impressed with the level of care and service here. One of my cats has always been very stressed when going to the vets but they actually check with you beforehand and offer solutions to help make the cat feel more comfortable for the visit. When I explained Lily's past experiences at other vets, they recommended that she take a sedative so she can feel calm for the visit. They also are the first vets to give our cats catit treats when they're getting their jabs so they keep happy and distracted. Kinda like when you're a kid and they give you lollipops for getting your jabs. :D Lily was much calmer this time and I don't feel so anxious taking her now. Out of the three vets we've been to, this is by far the best and I really feel like my cats are getting the best care here. Thanks to everyone at the clinic there!

I brought him to his favorite spots and adventures. I cherished each day spent with him.On February 21, Sherlock to a turn for the worse and I knew this was the day. Our last walk out the door. How do I say goodbye to someone that’s been there for me all those 14 years, 4 months, and 3 days with unconditional love. Dr Banon gave us 2 months with Sherlock and although it was short, I have no regrets of the care he received at this veterinary clinic. The staff was always amazing. It’s evident, this clinic put the pets well being first to keep them healthy and happy. It’s been 2 months now since I said goodbye to my Sherlock, and it was one of the most heart wrenching decision and moment in my life. I felt grateful to have had those extra 2 months. How often can you say that. I am blessed to have been there for Sherlock in those final moments when he needed me the most.Rest easy and in peace my Sherlock - I will miss you forever.

Ana Julia Ferreira: I had great experiences at the hospital. Unfortunately my first visit was at the end of my cat’s life. He had a previous disease, but dr. Banon and dr. Daria didn’t give up on him, until there was nothing last to do. They explained me everything in details, since the beginning, and were so gentle with my baby boy. And when he passed, was surrounded by sweet people.My second visit was with my special spicy girl, and even though she gave them a lot of trouble, they were able to treat her and always answered my questions towards her problems. She is back to her normal self and still being a trouble maker 🤷🏻♀️🤣My third baby was rescued at an old age and had almost all of her teeth removed. After her surgery she became a healthy and playful cat and gained almost 1.5 quilos 🙌🏻The staff is awesome ♥️Secretaries, technicians and kennels are always sweet and helpful.There is no perfect place, but I’ll always bring my babies here. I feel safe and I trust them. I know they love animals and do their best for them, and that’s more than enough for me ♥️

Evelyn Lee: The doctor and the staff were very friendly, caring, and kind. The doctor explained everything I needed to know, and she recommended a few things for Bonnie, but it wasn’t pushy at all. Well, I don’t know much about the average cost of vet treatments in Canada, but the price seemed very reasonable too. It was very lucky for both of us that we had our first vet experience at this clinic :
Marie-Noelle Nadeau: Charming and welcoming reception by Ebony. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for...all that with a smile.
Steph L: This used to be my primary vet before I moved out of the area, and I come back periodically for specialists appts. Staff are always super kind and helpful, and I especially love Dr Banon. She’s so patient, attentive and takes the time to walk you through any concerns on questions. That said I’ve seen many vets and techs here. They are all amazing !

Romy: The best for emergency care! I brought my cat Kenny here for urinary blockage and he needed to be hospitalized. I was so happy with the level of care he received. If you need somewhere to go for an emergency this is definitely the place. Thank you for all the attention and extreme care to detail with my cat! Especially large thank you to the vet techs, who answered all our questions and even made us a color coded calendar for our cats medications! ❤️ merci infiniment de sauver la vie de Kenny ❤️

Isabelle Ledoux: Very professional and friendly. Obviously, it’s urgent and it’s expensive, but at least we have good service! I was lucky enough to pass quickly and I was out of there in less than an hour, with the medicine for my kitty with a herpes attack. Their explanations are clear and we see that they really love animals. I could hear the technician talking to the vet about my cat and calling him “a beautiful little redhead”, which reassures the integrity of the staff!
Jenna Gintonic: Monday April 29, 2024 my brother presented himself at this clinic around 5:00 a.m. with a glimmer of hope knowing that this was the end for our beautiful Rocky aged 11 and a half years old. He was very well received by the staff who shared his pain. When he came back around 6:30 in the morning without the dog and his eyes full of water, I understood but you gave him time to live his last moments with his faithful companion. I couldn't ignore this. Thank you to exist .

I thought for sure it was the end for my little boy, but thanks to the vet staff’s tireless care, they managed to stabilize his condition and he went home after two nights. Misty Myers: I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been here, but I took my extremely sick cat in, and they rushed her to be seen immediately. As soon as we entered the room, there were at least 5 staff rushing to help my poor baby. They all jumped into action to help her so fast that we were shocked. I felt like I was in an emergency room on a TV show! It was truly amazing and the care that the staff gave my girl was nothing short of amazing. They are angels and I can't thank them enough for helping her. 💙💙
