Pierre Lamontagne: Very satisfied with our experience with this retailer. The showroom is spacious and the numerous lighting fixtures are clearly visible, without clutter like other retailers. We were served by Alan, who informed us competently and with a smile. We had clear answers to all our questions. During our second visit, Salvatore also gave us sound advice, very kindly. We decided to order a lighting fixture from the Kuzco company, which we received within a few days. The packaging was very protective, the product appears to be of very good quality, the assembly was easy and we really like the final result. Very good experience.

After contacting customer service I had a very quick reply from Salvatore, who immediately remedied the situation and answered all of my questions. Once I received my order there were tiny cracks in one small piece. I contacted Salvatore and he was able to ship a replacement piece very quickly. Not only are the products sold lovely but the customer service was exceptional and I really appreciate such great service!
