Laura was a great guide and was very knowledgeable about the area and all of the foods. The only recommendation that we all agreed on was that the tour needed a bit more variety - every stop was very carb-heavy and filling. We thought it could be improved by substituting more local produce and specialty meats or other small bites for some of the bread/pasta. Overall, though, we had a great time and will definitely do another tour when we come back! Thank you!

Great school if it's the first time you bartend, you can learn all the basics you need as bartender, all about glassware, spirits, liquors, principles of mixology, etc. You get to taste a lot of different cocktails and try to find which one you like, which is very inspering when you try to make your own drink. The teacher has a lot of professional experience, we learnt much more than just the technics from him. He helped us understand the profession and the standards as well as giving advices on how to find a job and step by step move forward.

Zubin Boulanger: I rarely leave a review for anything, but I feel like this course really deserves my time to justify a five star rating. I can barely sit through a 1h15 course on a good day, and yet I managed to sit still for multiple hours with Dimitri teaching. He is by far the best teacher I've ever had and anyone considering taking a bartending course should go here just because of how good Dimitri is at both teaching and bartending. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and covered everything in a lot of depth for the amount of time he has.
