I have been going to Poonam for about a year now. I love this place. She is warm and excellent at her work. I absolutely love the threading she does and I am a very loyal customer. I also went to her for a facial treatment, and the result was amazing. Highly recommended, love love love
I do not have any word to say enough coz five star is not enough to give her she is really much better than others i have 3 years experience in montreal especially in body wax i did not see like this it was a magic i had a full body wax and she finished in40 mins usually 1 hour or more than hour we need to do full body wax and we think if she does fast so there would be a hair but no complaint no single hair was on my body it was a very good experience with her while bikni wax coz from 3 months i was doing shaving and the growth was very bad but in 3 mins she had done my bikni wax i was surprised she has a magic in her hands good job mis poonam

Alana Viola: Nicole is by far the most talented and well rounded hair artist that I know! I had an illness that resulted in me losing my hair and it has been growing back very slowly. I had a consultation with Nicole and trusted her immediately. She took the time to get to know me, understand my current hair/health situation and carefully examined my hair. As a result of her knowledge and skill set, she was able to do a hair mesh installation. This process typically takes a few hours to install. However, based on the fineness of my hair it took nicole around 7 hours to complete. Regardless of the time it took, Nicole was so patient, kind, and ensured the quality of her work was maintained. Nicole's work also ensured that the health/regrowth of my hair is not jeapordized. I cannot recommend Nicole enough for any type of service, especially hair mesh integration! Emmanuelle Sahai: I recently had to cut my hair short due to hair loss and hadn’t felt like myself since, so when looking for places to get extensions, Ruby Ruby Hair really stood out for having amazing reviews, so i texted Nicole and within a couple hours she called me and suggested we book a consultation to figure out the best thing for me.when we made the styling appointment she managed to clear up a spot for me that worked with my schedule, which was really appreciated and super kind!I’m not sure the name of the techniques she used but she sewed mesh on my hair and then sewed on a lace front closure, paired with weft extensions down the back of my head and honestly i’m stoked with the results and so thankful for Nicole. My hair did give her a hard time, but she was kind and kept going and was always checking in to make sure I was fine throughout. When I mentionned I had sensitive skin, she immediately knew what she could do that didn’t need glue and it looks so seamless, she hid the lace behind my baby hairs so it looks super natural and amazing.It turned out better than I could have ever expected, thanks to Nicole and her extensive knowledge and her dedication to providing the best service.
