Alana Viola: Nicole is by far the most talented and well rounded hair artist that I know! I had an illness that resulted in me losing my hair and it has been growing back very slowly. I had a consultation with Nicole and trusted her immediately. She took the time to get to know me, understand my current hair/health situation and carefully examined my hair. As a result of her knowledge and skill set, she was able to do a hair mesh installation. This process typically takes a few hours to install. However, based on the fineness of my hair it took nicole around 7 hours to complete. Regardless of the time it took, Nicole was so patient, kind, and ensured the quality of her work was maintained. Nicole's work also ensured that the health/regrowth of my hair is not jeapordized. I cannot recommend Nicole enough for any type of service, especially hair mesh integration! Emmanuelle Sahai: I recently had to cut my hair short due to hair loss and hadn’t felt like myself since, so when looking for places to get extensions, Ruby Ruby Hair really stood out for having amazing reviews, so i texted Nicole and within a couple hours she called me and suggested we book a consultation to figure out the best thing for me.when we made the styling appointment she managed to clear up a spot for me that worked with my schedule, which was really appreciated and super kind!I’m not sure the name of the techniques she used but she sewed mesh on my hair and then sewed on a lace front closure, paired with weft extensions down the back of my head and honestly i’m stoked with the results and so thankful for Nicole. My hair did give her a hard time, but she was kind and kept going and was always checking in to make sure I was fine throughout. When I mentionned I had sensitive skin, she immediately knew what she could do that didn’t need glue and it looks so seamless, she hid the lace behind my baby hairs so it looks super natural and amazing.It turned out better than I could have ever expected, thanks to Nicole and her extensive knowledge and her dedication to providing the best service. Can’t recommend her enough!!

The end result was so beautiful and my 4y old was so proud of her new look.We did had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get her started and as you all know keeping a 4y old still for that long was a challenge but they had some good books to read.The products they used on her hair were very good , natural and they lasted a long time, I was happy to see that.My overall experience was a solid 4 due to the wait, but we will be definitely coming back.

We were even able to test products directly in my hair.Then I had a shampoo, cut and style with Alexia and I have never had such defined curls, even on my bleached hair, and she explained to me every single thing she was doing and why so that I can reproduce it at home myself.I absolutely recommend, the atmosphere is great, everyone was welcoming and kind, exceeds my expectations 100%!

Ben Zim: The kind lady does my twists perfectly the way I like them, I think she deserves a raise! She went above and beyond open hours to finish my hair, and for that I am truly grateful. The only negative thing I would say is the lack of the support system in the shop, other braiders didn’t want to help her and it was truly shameful to watch, they were just sitting there waiting for the closing time instead of helping her, she even asked! It really didn’t Seat right with me since she is a bit old and could see that she was tired. Anyways, I liked the twists. Ciao

Khashayar Rafat Zand: Great service, great ambience, in the heart of old port, I did not expect to find this gem here. Dillon was excellent, The place is vibrant, everyone very helpful, and the price is extremely reasonable to a surprise. Next time, I’m there, I will plan to stay in the old port and make an evening out of it., I Will be back for my F1 Grand Prix haircut.
Ofelia Canals: My stylist was incredible. Sadly I didn’t freaking ask her name because I’m terrible with names but she’s from Guatemala and grew up in Montreal and deserves all the stars. What a sweetheart and what an expert on hair. She gave me great tips and made the experience amazing all the way through. The hair washing experience was also the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Not only do they have the most comfy beds to rest on while you get your hair washed but the experts who wash your hair really take the scalp massage to another level. I may come back here once a year to cut my hair. It would be worth it.

Katherine-Penelope Senécal: Beyond expectations. I went there to fix a haircut and the service and kindness I received was beyond comparison. When I arrived I was greeted with a lovable welcome and felt destabilized by the listening ears of my stylist Johanne. She was kind and open to what I said and did not made me feel weak at any point about me cutting my own hair. We talked and she made me feel so comfortable that I stayed for a coloration with Yann. He too made me feel at home and not criticized on my choices. At the end of my mise-en-plis my hair was not levelled and Johanne took the time to correct it over and over because; 1-we don’t know why my head does this and 2- she said she would not leave me looking like that lol. My hair soft, easy to manage, comfy, KIU-TE, the color is RICH and FLAW-LESSSS. I FINALLY found MY team for my hair in Montreal.

I see Anna N. for all my hair needs, and I've had cut, color, gloss, and roots done with her at the salon, and I am very impressed. The salon itself is a really neat space, clean and comfortable, and I've had the best hair washing and head massages here! In addition to Kerastase, they also have and use Aveda products which I love. This is a great salon.
