Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

I absolutely LOVE the work so far, and I have to say that while I was stressed out about having parts of my kitchen temporarily in my livingroom, bedroom, bathroom etc living in a small condo, I was always calmed down when speaking with Riccardo! He has a very calming presence and we solved any problems immediately. Riccardo answers texts with a call literally in seconds. Now that is service! His workers are polite, respectful and they make sure not to leave a mess behind. The work is terrific too!
