Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

Melody Dufour has gone above and beyond in terms of helpfulness, availability and support on this purchase. She is professional and always responsive to questions regarding specifications of the product and organization of it's delivery. We had some issues with fitting the product into our home and she helped us in selecting an alternative solution for our space, she even went so far as moving couches around and taking photographs of potential configurations in the store! She is an excellent employee and a pleasure to work with. She deserves recognition on her excellent level of service and the positive buying experience she has provided. I couldn’t believe that in Montreal we could have this chance to furnish and decorate with such taste and originality. I am a fairly demanding and meticulous person. I fell in love with a chest of drawers and Véra accompanied me and advised me on how to arrange a bedroom set. She didn't put any pressure on me. At no time did I feel that Véra was trying to make a sale. She was sincere and attentive to my needs. I was diagnosed and this illness had a devastating effect on my life and my projects. Which changed my layout plan. Véra was extremely patient and more than human with me. No pressure, listening to our needs. Today we feel like we are living in a new house. We liked it so much that we decided to add the renovation of the bathroom and they responded quickly to our requests and our expectations. If you are still hesitant, don't hesitate any longer.
Robert Martin: Even though 3 trusted friends recommended West Island Kitchens, we visited 8 more kitchen showrooms to get a better understanding of what products were available and a general sense of what adventure we were about to embark upon. Somewhere along the way, we educated ourselves on establishing a viable budget with a 10% buffer.Having thus done our homework, we chose to go with West Island Kitchen, where we felt welcomed from the get go and above all listened to by Stéphane, Gemma and Derrick.There was never any pressure whatsoever while we were professionally guided through the different stages from planning in their elegant showroom, to on site visit and measurements, to signing our contract after final material choices, to delivery and installation, to the final inspection.We also used the services of their recommended contractor and tiler to great satisfaction.Everyone along the way put their best effort into our project and we are genuinely thrilled with the final look and excellent use of space.If we could, we would give them a 6 star rating, however we will have to stick to the 5 star max ! Trust them and you will sleep better at night and wake up to the kitchen of your dreams…
