Miss Coffee: I had a great experience here! It was my second time ordering from the Edible Arrangements website, however my first time placing an order from the Kirkland store. I called to let them know that I had provided the wrong phone number and they were able to modify it and even went as far as calling me to make sure that somebody would be home to receive the package since the delivery would be taking place soon. The person receiving the chocolate-covered fruit said that they were beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend!
Pau V: The service was excellent: they contacted me over the phone to get my approval for a substitution which I highly appreciate. When I went to get my order the nice lady that served us offered my two kids a baggie of cookies each, after asking me if it was okay.The place and products are overall good but pricey, but this lady, whose name I wish I had asked was the highlight of my whole experience.

Mehrad T: We got a bouquet today for a funeral, at first was a bit underwhelmed for the price until you actually taste it and see the work that went into it. Very well done and absolutely worth the price. It was also a hit with the young kids. Definitely will get again! Better then any flower bouquet anyone else brought for 20-30$ less.

Josephine Cavedon: I ordered from Switzerland to send a gift basket to a friend who was in Canada for a short study assignment. Pellat Cornucopia was terrific in helping with the delivery and when we thought the basket was stolen. They quickly offered to stand another one. Luckily a kind person kept the original basket and delivered it to my friend a few days later. So no need for Pellat Cornucopia to deliver another basket. Pellat Cornucopia were very professional in our email dealings and I would definitely use them again. The basket was also very nicely wrapped and everything in the basket was perfect. The magnificent Fruitopia Gourmet Basket really helped to brighten the day of those whom it was sent to at a dark time. I had emailed Pellatt Cornucopia after placing the order online on a Sunday as I needed to add a gift note and I received an email back within an hour. When the gift basket couldn't be delivered past the hospital front entrance and the delivery person couldn't reach anyone at the number I had left to call, someone from Pellatt Cornucopia called me directly to inform me that the basket was left with security at the front door of hospital so I could then make sure it was picked up. I was so pleased to give this gift of a very high quality gift basket and deal with such an excellent company who really care about their customer.
