Pellat Cornucopia was terrific in helping with the delivery and when we thought the basket was stolen. They quickly offered to stand another one. Luckily a kind person kept the original basket and delivered it to my friend a few days later. So no need for Pellat Cornucopia to deliver another basket. Pellat Cornucopia were very professional in our email dealings and I would definitely use them again. The basket was also very nicely wrapped and everything in the basket was perfect. The magnificent Fruitopia Gourmet Basket really helped to brighten the day of those whom it was sent to at a dark time. I had emailed Pellatt Cornucopia after placing the order online on a Sunday as I needed to add a gift note and I received an email back within an hour. When the gift basket couldn't be delivered past the hospital front entrance and the delivery person couldn't reach anyone at the number I had left to call, someone from Pellatt Cornucopia called me directly to inform me that the basket was left with security at the front door of hospital so I could then make sure it was picked up. I was so pleased to give this gift of a very high quality gift basket and deal with such an excellent company who really care about their customer.
