Aurore R.M.: Hotel highlights Luxury

Jerry Ehlers: . The pool has such great views of the city. The staff were all so sweet. It was my first time in Montreal and I felt so welcomed. This was my favorite stay in a hotel, hands down. I stayed in the 2 queen room

Stephen Milioti: My brother and I, along with some friends, stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal for five nights when the World Figure Skating Championships were in town, and the experience was first rate all the way. From the minute we checked in, we were received so warmly by everyone at the hotel. And it only got better as the time went on. From Irene at the front desk to Guillaume in the Palm Court bar/restaurant, everyone was exemplary at their job and went above and beyond. As grand as this over-a-century-old building is, the rooms are fresh, contemporary and state-of-the-art. They feel individual and personal, with none of the cookie-cutter quality that even top luxury chains are falling prey to these days.I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it is truly one of the most special places we have stayed.Safety: Security is excellent. You need a hotel key to access the elevator and the key only provides access to your floor.Food & drinks: Try the RC cocktail at the Palm Court! It’s next level

Max Staubin: Very good, first time going there since the major renovations a few years ago. It really is the number one hotel in MontrealRooms: Very luxurious and ultra comfortable, excellent service

erick meguid: Cant beat the Ritz-Carlton. Downtown central, great location for shopping and sightseeing, everything wonderful about montreal is a small walk, staff and service you will find none better and after a hard day being a tourist, one can only enjoy your comfortable surroundings, cocktails and champagne with friends, thank you ritz carlton, until we return again

Mohammed Sani Adams: Rooms: Standard and hygienically cleanHotel highlights Luxury …

Delphine Le Dorze Edwards: Alert : the hotel 11th floor is being renovated and guests can hear repetitive drilling and hammering starting at 8 am. The hotel should have warned us since we were staying on the 9th floor. We were offered to move on a lower floor but the drilling was still perceptible and the room had no view at all. Other than that, it is a good location, less than 10 minute walk to Time Out Market and 20 minute from Swartz Deli/Le Plateau. This hotel is very nice, clean, very comfy beds, everything was as expected. The staff is professional and nice and has no control over the remodeling issue on the 11th floor but I wish they had told the contractor to start at 9am.The parking is $30 US dollars which seems pretty standard for parking in a big city like Montreal. The parking in hotels in Manhatran is $40/day.Walkability: Easy walk to Eaton Centre, Contemporary Art Museum, Le Plateau, McGill.

Courtyard by Marriott Montreal Downtown: what do users think?

Kamal Ismail: Great centrally located hotel within walking distance of all the Montreal tourist attractions. Price is decent for the rooms you get. The service and room service was good as well. Would return here for sure.Rooms: Spacious rooms. Clean. A bit outdated but still nice.

Ryan: Location-wise, you're surrounded by lots of authentic restaurants. A short walk a few blocks away will bring you into Chinatown. The staff are all very personable. The hotel could do to have a formal concierge with knowledge of local dining options and entertainment. The front desk agent did his best to inform us, but his choices were personal preference. To help the staff, a list of dining options and entertainment venues should be available for them on their computer.All-in-all, the experience was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable stay.

Sobhan Ahmadi: The hotel sits in a nice area close to restaurants and spots to stroll. Room's spacious and tidy. Reception's nice, but could've shared basic stuff like Wi-Fi details. Came in off-season, hoped for a better view but got one blocked by buildings even after asking. Room's big, tucked in a corner. Downside: no toothpaste or lotion, a letdown for a hotel in this price range. Parking's underground, set me back $35+tax/night. City parking's an option too, good for quick stops. Price felt fair.Walkability: Many places to visit within a reasonable walking distance on a mild dayFood & drinks: Many restaurants around the hotel

Catherine Miles: It's the excellent, down-to-earth attention and care that one receives that makes the hotel so special. Yes it's spotless; yes it's comfortable and chic and everything smells good, and even my belongings still smelled ever so slightly like the hotel when I got home; yes it's wonderfully located and Marcus is delicious and, well, it's the Four Seasons, but it stands out because of the warm and personal welcome from each and every employee. And they all seem really happy to be there. There is no superficiality one might expect from a five-star hotel. I felt like I was coming home every time I went back to my room.

Maryse Sevigny: , and also very easy to book and get the room, offer various options like, 24/7 gym, restaurant, lunch, other service,We have really human, smiling employees on arrival and departure, .... it just makes you want to go back there,Me people with a smile on their lips and you feel that you are appreciated, well I say thank you for being human and giving such a service, for me I appreciatedA little thing makes all the difference sometimes 😉Safety: Very secure, exterior entry card forgotten, security agent at all times * and very polite and helpful too 😊,There is consent from employees in the hall, to respond to you and receive :

justin way: . I will be staying here again in the future and I would recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Nick Fortin: It's good, our room was clean and the beds comfortable. We couldn't see anything outside because of the fog. The continental breakfast is very good and complete: toast, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc. negative point: the limited parking space and the price of $30. In addition, since we had a minivan, we had one of the 4 spaces in the back alley, without any guarantee. We were warned not to leave anything inside...in short, go and park at UQAM opposite.

Sofia Mehlitz: Great experience staying here. The staff was very kind and patient. Check in was easy, our room was large and very clean. No issues at all. Breakfast was a bit fancier and nicer than your typical complementary selection and I was very happy with it. Check out was equally as easy. There wasn't any parking available on site but we parked at UQAM, just a block away for 12$ a day, which was very reasonable and close. The location was top notch, 15 minute walk to old Montreal, very close to Chinatown and right next to the Village. Great stay if you're down to explore the city! Would recommend staying here.

Ashkan N: Good location, staff are friendly and rooms are cleanRooms: Clean roomsWalkability: Walking distance to public transportation

Helen Grace: It is one of the best places to stay in the heart of Montreal. The best location if you want to roam around the city. Near to everything, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, banks, and many more.Love the location. The room is amazingly clean and big. I must say that the interior of the rooms is very pleasing, aesthetic. The staff, especially Leanne and the manager, are very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. They have their own parking space for a low price. And of course, free breakfast!!!I highly recommend this hotel. Good for relaxation and quick getaway.

Matt Archer: Beautiful hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious. Right next to Chinatown so you're close to tons of awesome little shops.Rooms: Rooms are quiet and spacious.

Owen Kinyera: Great place for conferences

Ron Scozzafava: .Overall, while we appreciated the centralized location, the amenities and service, the issues with the room temperature and breakfast quality were notable drawbacks during our stay.Noteworthy details: 8 Tesla super chargers available in the hotel garage

Mihail Yanushev: Hotel highlights Romantic

Thomas Shaw: Great Hampton Inn. Our room was clean and spacious, and the overall decor and cleanliness of the hotel general areas was of the standard expected. This restores my faith in the Hilton brand after a run of three disappointing hotels elsewhere in recent months.Great self-serve complimentary breakfast with plenty of choice, and finally a Hilton which understands dairy-free milk alternatives.Thank you 😀Walkability: Striking distance of many of the areas you'd want to visit, plus, if you like Asian food, you are in Chinatown, so plenty of options to fill your boots and any spare pairs you've packed.

S Farooq: Stayed here for 2 nights during my official assignment, room was clean and bathroom was updated.Breakfast in morning was pretty decent, location of hotel is next to highway. Spacious gym on 6th floor was a cherry on top.Definitely recommendNoteworthy details: Parking is not free, you have to pay 28 CAD for each night

Eric Cyr: It was a business outing and my clients and I really enjoyed our experience. The loft was very clean and huge. The host Gail welcomed me and gave me all the necessary explanations for our stay.We will definitely repeat the event.

Bill Budzinski: is right down the street. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely reserve the Presidential again- cannot say enough good things about it.

Melissa Goldberg: Absolutely incredible!!! The Presidential Loft and Creative Loft were both absolutely incredible! The location can not be beat!! We definitely will be coming back!Walkability: No car necessary! Excellent location!Food & drinks: Location is perfect for food & drinks.

Monica Solano: Amazing place to stay in a fantastic location in downtown Montreal. Easily walkable to the main spots, bars and restaurants. The accommodations are clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for a group of eight. Really enjoyed having the bedrooms separate from the living area. The host was extremely responsive the entire time. Would definitely stay here again.

Sam Al Zaman: . Take note of this as it took us 30 mins to find parking. Location is great, Reuben's steak right across the street some great steak sandwiches. PS this place has built in Sonos speakers. Overall great experience and we will definitely Be coming back.

Melissa G: The entire place was beautiful. They have a bit of wear and tear and need some fixes done like broken cabinets, closet, no locks on doors, missing remote backs. But I would stay here again regardless.Rooms: Plenty of room. Queen beds. 4 master bedrooms with private baths in each. Large closet areas all over the condo.Nearby activities: Food shopping and restaurants. Lots of site seeing.Safety: Its in the city but u need a key fob to get in the front and to your floor from the elevator.Walkability: You can walk anywhere from here. Literally shopping, food, and pharmacy downstairs.Food & drinks: Restaurants everywhere in walking distance.Noteworthy details: Great for party’s or large gatherings. We had a business event n flew in so it was perfect for us. Lots of cooking utensils and appliances.

Simona Khizroev: . Well-supplied kitchen, would have loved a regular

Audrey Teo: No washing machine at this place.Everything else was perfect. A great location right in the centre of the city and yet the sound proofing the the apartment was very good. In the bedrooms, you can barely hear people in the living area. We were a big group and stayed in the Creative Loft. You really do get the whole floor to yourself and there is a lift directly into the apartment that can only be accessed with a key fob, so it's secure. We only had one issue which was a lack of washing machine even though it had been advertised as having one. However, the lovely team looking after the place provided a satisfactory solution to us.The team are very responsive to questions during working hours and you have an emergency line for out of hours assistance.I would recommend this place for large groups without hesitation.

Vyto Jurgutis: Hidden Gem,The creative loft was spacious, modern interior design - with a rustic charm, the bedrooms are very spacious with good size closets. The bathrooms are generous in space as well as very clean, and everythingworks. The beds are very comfortable, had no trouble falling asleep. The kitchen is a full service kitchen, with plenty of room to cook. Gael was very professional as well as very accommodating. Yes, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff and Gael.Rooms: Very comfortable, very spacious, and very clean.Nearby activities: Plenty to do within walking distance.Safety: Felt very secure inside, especially with the private elevator.Walkability: Easy to walk around.Food & drinks: Quite a few great restaurants within walking distance, and a wide variety.

Nome Cruz: The Holland Loft is a great place to stay with large groups. The rooms are spacious and there is ample space for large groups to eat and congregate. The staff was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The location can't be beat as it is right on Rue St. Catherine and almost right on top of the 'Peel' Metro Station. I would recommend staying at the Holland!

Sue Trad: We stayed here in April. Big room. Nice views and comfortable king bed. They cleaned the room every day. Sauna and heated pool. I guess the season hasn’t started so the river in the garden was not running. My only complaint is the shower it was difficult to figure out. You have to press a button and at the same time twist the knob to have the water started and I couldn’t figure out how to operate the hand held shower. the sink knob is twisted the opposite way. Every time I was trying to close the tap it would open even further. It must be a Quebec thing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Walkability: Restaurants and shops

bruno lesage: Everything is very good, the staff pleasant. Only downside, announced with swimming pool but not operating since Saturday May 4.Very clean room.

Gregorio Manara: Really nice hotel situated right in the center of downtown Montreal, you got tons of shops and restaurants around you. The room was fantastic, lots of light and big windows, with the best thing being the bathtub. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one right on top of the bathtub, unfortunately none of them were smart tvs so hope you like local programs. The pool was out of service and it was a bit annoying to find out on arrival since we had in mind to make use of it, for the future I would suggest more transparency on it. The staff were great and always available to help.Overall a positive experience but being on the expensive side I would have expected the pool to be fixed promptly instead of taking weeks.

Jenn Waltmann: I was a little worried reading some of the negative reviews but this hotel was awesome! All the staff were friendly and helpful valet service was great. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Walking distance to great restaurants. Definitely plan on coming back! The only drawback is it’s a bit confusing where to park when checking in.

Louis-olivier Tanguay: Superb place. I went there with my children during spring break. I also go there when I'm in Mtl on business. Wonderful lunch, swimming pool on site. Great locationRooms: MagnificentWalkability: Everything can be done on foot

David: .It's a great spot for the value. I wouldn't recommend families staying here, but if you're travelling solo, with a partner, or with friends this is a good place to stay for the weekend.

JE JE: Visiting for a week, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming, correct and polite. The manager was very understanding and cooperative. The reception hall is warm with its free hot drinks dispenser.Small downside: we would have liked a more varied breakfast.Rooms: Spacious, quiet. Park slope on the squirrels. Cleaned daily.Nearby activities: Close to all amenities.

Diogo Fiori: but at the time we were offered a menu and the prices were higher. We ate at another location.Rooms: The rooms were large and comfortable.Nearby activities: We went to Montreal En Lumière, very close to the hotel which is also surrounded by restaurants and places to visit.Safety: We felt very safe at the hotel, the entrance door was locked at night, 24-hour concierge.Walkability: Very easy to walk around, metro stations very close. We left the car parked for a long time.Noteworthy details: Each floor has an ice machine, which made it much easier for us to always have our drinks cold and to be able to take some ice on our trips.

Great WiFi for working and a good location for access to the airport and downtown if needed.I managed to leave a jacket behind in the room and the team were great at helping me ship it overnight to me before I left Canada!Rooms: Really clean with a comfy bed.

Si Yang Zheng: . There are many restaurants nearby. Note that the hotel is located in Montreal's financial district, a bit far from the tourist area of Old Street.

Coco CLM (NOEVAMITCH): Hotel highlights Great view

Archangel Productions LLC: Overall, this is a very clean and luxurious hotel. The underground garage parking was extremely convenient, especially since we came in the winter just before a snowstorm. It's within walking distance to the Bell Center and all the major shopping on Rene Levesque and St Catherine St. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool but wanted to very much. The only problem I had was that the girl at the coffee shop would not accept the 50 cent pieces I was trying to give her just because she had never seen one before. I try to use cash as much as possible in Canada due to credit card fraud.Rooms: Spacious and cleanWalkability: Within walking distance to many stores on Rene Levesque and St Catherine St

Samantha Fleury: , clean and inviting. The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The hotel is super clean and feels very safe. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning to this hotel in the future. It was a great price, for a fabulous hotel. Kerig Ahearn: First off If your coming to downtown MTL this place is perfectly located about 2 blocks from the Bell center and a couple blocks from from st Catharines st. We have stayed here 5 times, The staff are phenomenal, check in never an issue. This time is the first time we have ever had a small issue with our room. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. Called the front desk and within 5 min we had someone here to fix it. Beds are super comfy and have multiple choice of pillow firmness available on our beds. You can't go wrong with this place and it's our go to every time we come to MTL.

Ryan Hengel: Wonderful hotel at a great location. The pool had amazing city views too. Loved our stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Montreal.Rooms: The rooms were clean and modern

Lori Forman: My boyfriend and I wemt for our birthdays toontreal amd stayed jn a Petit Suite with a double Jacuzzi tib. I could have lived on that tub. Any time i came back from walking out side at the end of the day, I enjoyed a nice long soak and some bubbles from the jets. Annie amd Jacqui were an amazing concierge team. Annie had little birthday welcome treats and notes for each of us is, and both of whom helped with restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. The attentive and kind service by all from front desk to valet was incredible. We hope to stay again in the future, and were grateful to take advantage of their 3rd night free promotion

Scott Clementson: I stay in a lot of hotels and the staffs are usually the deal breakers. This staff is amazing. The hotel is awesome, unique and good on its own but the staff here is beyond perfect. Felt like I was back at the Ritz Carlton. I have no idea what they are paid but they deserve a raise. This hotel is a great location and the decor is perfect

janine puglia: Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. Very clean accommodations. Super friendly staff. Christopher at the front desk is wonderful!!!Rooms: Spacious and clean.

Eric Bercaw: Best hotel I have ever stay at! Personally I have traveled all over the world and can say this has been my favorite place thus far. From rooms, to staff, to service, everything is five stars. Would 10/10 recommend.Rooms: Rooms are more beautiful in person than the amazing photos they have online.Nearby activities: They provide a great list of everything you could possibly want to do over a short stay in Montreal. Every recommendation was fantastic.Walkability: Located right in old Montreal, this place has the best location in town.
